Over the last 30 days, the availability of lobbies on PC at the gold level seems to be increasing. I have noticed more good PUG players, as well as more of the usual level 3 Human Soldier with 500xp and a Cyclone. Just my observation; please post if you are seeing the same. Some of the reasons may be:
1. lower retail game price - seems to be around $19.95
2. Game added to EA Access, making it available to Access subscribers.
3. Gamers are looking at the current crop of 2017 AAA games and circling back to ME:A at $19.95 (I am looking at you, BF2 ! And Destiny 2 is right there as well.) Maybe ME:A isn't so bad compared to the others after all.
Anybody else seeing this? Or am I deluding myself on a forum where there are only 1 or 2 posters?

You are deluding.  Never had problem to find a game or to fill my lobby. In fact finished dailies 15 minutes ago, lobby filled in 5 seconds at 2:30 AM. |

The last few times I tried to play last week I had issues finding lobbies with decent players (I'm not good enough to carry consistently) on XB1. I've given up playing MEA for now and have turned to Post-Apocalyptic Farming Simulator (Fallout 4) to fill my free time. After hearing this news, though, I might give it another shot. Hopefully the holidays will help infuse the player base with new blood.

Its a good day in MEA when these trolls start running outta trolling fuel. Shinobiwan, DoctorFox, etc setup your last kool-aid stand before your inconsequential screams dampen out completely, LOL. |

^ Yeah, PC community never lacked players. I play every day since release (only dailies and apex missions lately) and I never had problems finding people.
Even DA:I MP is quite rich with players (old and new).

Seen quite a few new players on the PC/Origin platform. Some good ones too. At least for those in the Euro play times. Supposedly the US regional players are much more sporadic online. So any players wanting easier groups should aim for the times when those Euro players are online.
