Even with the Genophage, as I recall the Krogan population is declining is because they keep killing each other and live on a post apocalyptic craphole of a world. The Salarians didn't design the genophage to wipe out the Krogan, but to limit their growth rate.
So if they settled on a reasonably nice world and worked together, they could probably make a go of things in Andromeda

Human's will make up the largest numbers on the Ark ships probably, as long as that doesn't include Cerberus then that's fine. I would hope for decent numbers of Turians, Asari, Krogan and Salarians too. I don't expect many Quarians, Batarians, Volus or Elcor, probably not Drell either but I hope we see each race well represented.
Outside of the Arks, the new alien races will be presumably very commonplace.

It wouldn't be odd if the ARKs wanted to hire on some carefully vetted krogan for the expedition since krogans are known to be able to survive in incredibly toxic enviroments and against incredibly tough creatures. The krogans would all be sterile so there wouldn't be any risk of them reproducing as far as the expedition knows.
A lot of the krogan outside of Tuchanka don't care for krogan because they don't believe they have a future so there'd certainly be some who'd have no problem leaving the galaxy. I could even see some of them being legitimately interested in being a part of this expedition since it would be a way for them to set their mark somewhere else.
If Bioware later down the line decides they want to bring back the krogan as a surviving race without re-treading the issue of their reproductive rate then a way could be similar to Okeer's with the babies being tank-bred. Could be an interesting way these krogan differentiate themselves from the krogan we've seen back in the Milky Way especially since tank-bred was something they were disgusted by but something these krogans might embrace.

It'll be interesting to see how BioWare deals with the Krogan.
There could be some modestly fertile females on the Ark ship ... Wrex might have seen to that. As I understand it, the genophage doesn't make all the females completely sterile, it just means that only 1 in 1000 eggs yield a living Krogan baby ... some females may be completely sterile, others may have some successful egg clutches, others may have mostly successful egg clutches ... with high infant mortality. If a female is able to lay 1000 eggs a year, conceivably a modestly fertile Krogan female could produce a new Krogan baby each year. Don't know about the Salarians, but that pretty much beats what humans can do ... given the limited lifespan and years of fertility of the human female, when compared to Krogan or Asari.
As long as the Krogan don't kill each other off, there should be enough of them to make a difference, with respect to the numbers of MWG migrants. Living on worlds more hospitable than Tuchanka should reduce the mortality rate, to include infant mortality rate. Not being in clan wars or hiring out as mercs could also improve adult mortality rates. It just depends on how the Krogan respond to a different living environment and social construct.
It could be exactly as shechinah says, the Krogan are tank bred males and like the orphaned Vorcha raised by Asaris, have a totally different world view and social construct than what was typical of a male Krogan born on its home world. Though I expect they would go through the same *ahem* growing pains as Grunt.
BioWare has had several years to think a lot of this through ... we'll probably be surprised ... I hope in a good way ... at how they do it.

In the trailer starring "dad" he charged into combat with a Krogan companion. In the leak there were 3 or 4 different Krogans: 1) The 1 or 2 that got off the ship with a human 2) Pink Pimp Suit Krogan 3) Krogan behind the crates with the humans In the we made it trailer there are 2 different Krogans: 1) Tribal Krogan 2) Krogan who looks like Grunt That's 4 to 7 different Krogan. You can confidently say they have a huge presence in Andromeda. We seen one confirmed Salarian and one confirmed Asari. No Turians yet. Krogans don't die. They sip Ryncol and move to Androma

Will the Dromeda grown Krogan be as alpha and hyper masculine compared to their MW counterparts?

Actually, there are only two krogan in the leaked footage from what I recall from my study of it over in the CSI BSN thread. The two krogan seen arriving with two humans are the same two krogan that can seen later. One with the the squad still and the other wielding a gas-container.
We also don't know if these two krogan aren't the same ones seen in the E3 trailers. The black-armored krogan seem different from what I can remember: I think it was the color of its headplates but it is possible this is the lighting of the scene causing this. The krogan in the tribal-looking armor, I seem to recall, has the same color headplates as the krogan in the leaked footage. There is also the krogan seen with the N7 but again, that krogan seemed similar to the others.
Krogan are confirmed and as squadmate but I wouldn't say there's seven or even four separate krogans that we've seen so far. There's certainly two if the leaked footage is not subject to change. If the black-armored krogan is not the same then I'd say there's three at best we've seen so far.
Note: there is also a krogan in the E3 2016 trailer. This krogan is with a human or asari seen on a storm planet surrounded by burning debris which means it is likely the krogan squadmate that is with either Ryder or the N7.
