After vanilla insatallation with Origin the game has worked.
Than I have installed the MEUITM (like it is explained in the readme I have used the LAA tool with the ME.exe) with SameSexMod and ME1 Controller. Bot no the game does not start anymore. Even when I restart the PC, when I want to start the game Origin is opening, Origin say I am in the game but nothing is happened.
I have no idea what I should do now.

I'd suggest using Origin to "fix" the game. Then install the mods one at a time. Check as you go to make sure ME runs. It could be some of the mods are in conflict.

I had deinstalled the game, removed every folder, deactivated the SavegameSynch from Origin, restart the PC, the installation of Mass Effect and all this Mods. Now it works.
I have no idea why it does not worked before. :s I did nothing else than I have now done.
