I searching for a save game editor for ME2 and ME3.
I have only found an old version from gibbeds Savegame Editor but with this version you cannot shows power or edit the ME2 progress. Than on YouTube I found this video with a smiliar Tool.

Where do you think I can get this tool?

Well, I have found the version of this tool to change ME2 missions.

Can anybody explain me how do I fix with Gibbeds ME3 Editor (downloaded on Nexus) Arias Eclipse quest? Why it's not listing all quests?
I have now idea from HEX editors. btw.
