I still like to PUG gold games (plat games are hard to PUG at all). Lately the number of players seems to have dropped off (since the holidays), and successful PUGing has become a strategic endeavor. Invariably I join a group of one, and then wait for others to join. This is OK when the other player is equipped for gold (character level, appropriate weapon and boosters), but often the other player has a low level character, bad weapon, or low experience. Often I will wait to see if some better players show up, but now I wait for long periods, unless we decide to start and let new players join later. This is a dicey decision, which often depends on your teammates skills (or lack thereof). Sometimes you end up playing a duet or trio, and you may need to carry a few waves yourself alone. Here are some scenarios that have actually happened to me:
Aggro Sponge - This happens when you are teamed with an Infiltrator type or two, which leaves all the enemy aggro directed at me. All the bad guys come for me, and he picks them off before I die. When he dies, things get tough...
I Ain't Moving - When your teammate sets up in one place, and the NPCs start piling on. You can stay and fight, but 2 is not enough, so it is often better to get back and attack from a flank. He/she will surely die, but they still don't move. Can't wait to wade in and revive him, and perhaps die in the process...
What team? - Where your teammate purposefully stays on the opposite side of the map from you, and moves away from you when you try to fight closer together. Really makes for fun revives, especially if they keep dying...
Connection Blues - Make sure the host has at least 3 bars; 4 bars is the best. Sometimes rubberbanding and lag happen even with 4 bars; I will often drop out of the game in the first wave if it is noticeable.
Anybody else having fun these days?

Well, havent been able to play much because of illness, but I encountered the typical "WILL TRY TO STEAL EVERY KILL". Of course "steal" is a bit wrong word in co-op, but I like to give lesser players their kills always and I really hate when I encounter that kind of action where it is clear the player is only after points. (I freaking trashed the player when I got angry about the stealing, by over 7000 points, player left lobby after that immediately )I mostly PUG if theres no friends online. Silver and Gold mainly, havent played Platinum for a month or so coz I dont trust PUGs on that level. Encountered all except connection blues, havent had rubberbanding for months on other ppl hosted games. Last time was some PlayerName_PL, which points to Poland, and had massive enemy warping, left that game fast. Still having a lots of fun

Well, I'm always online, just invisible, as I tend to enjoy Mass Effect games less without friends, but if anybody messages me on there, there's a good chance of a game. Keep in mind, if you want to play Plat, I'd prefer a Trio, as a fourth invariably means lag issues for me, regardless of own or host's connection, and I don't really have the manifest for a Plat trio.
I try to keep playing after my daily challenges/apexes, but without friends to play with, and always lagging in full lobbies (A duo/trio on a 2 bar host is often better for me than a full team on a 4 bar host), my enjoyment dries up pretty quick, but I'd be happy to re-open it to play with friends.
As to the PUG issues in question, you forgot to mention the "Do all the objectives yourself, and play the medic because nobody gives a hoot" that seems to happen less in MEAMP than ME3, but still seems to be a thing.
TL;DR Add me, and message me (eventhough I appear offline), and you'll likely get a match.

I've returned to MP a little while ago and have been doing dailies. I can still get all of them done with full lobbies and encounter relatively many high APEX players, including some from the top of the list. This is in Europe, to be clear...

So, does an Asari get more blue when exposed to the sun?

So, does an Asari get more blue when exposed to the sun? Inquiring minds want to know... Yeah, for research purposes, of course. And, to satisfy your curiosity: they get more azure...

So, does an Asari get more blue when exposed to the sun? Inquiring minds want to know... Maybe they're like Delvians in Farscape (Also Blue). As a plant species, they have photogasms when exposed to solar radiation, which get more intense as the intensity of the solar radiation increases.

I'm still having fun, but that's mainly because I'm pushing myself with these Platinum Solo attempts with non-stealth characters.
I do have a group of friends that I'll run the APEX and regular Platinum missions with to get those juicy 100K+ credits. There are still a few UR weapon variants that I have yet to unlock. I'm also looking at exploring other team strategies on maps other than Sandstorm, Magma (by the LZ), Paradox (the Cave), and Zero (the corridor).
Otherwise, I'm playing in Gold. I'll typically start a match by myself if no one joins my lobby. I find the first two waves to be pretty straightforward. Usually people join by then, but if I have to do the objectives on Wave 3 all by myself, so be it (just don't be Hack or Upload). By Wave 3, there's usually a few players who have joined to make the rest of the match go more smoothly.

I may return at some point as I still haven't used the Guardian or fully leveled my Artificer. Lots of weapons I haven't tried and tons of unlocks left (not just variants either).
The trick is to pick MEAMP over ME3MP. I still find the latter to be vastly more entertaining.
