An aspect of games (or film) I pay attention to is buildings. I often find myself, much like George Costanza, telling people I'm something I'm not. This, of course, includes being an architect. I enjoyed the architecture of the Kett structures in MEA. It makes me wonder what their homeworld looks like. I read that Kett architecture is based on neo brutalism, cold and harsh. I read this on the wiki. I judge art for a living, you know ; )
Ilium (Nos Astra) of course has a great skyline. I enjoy the scattered prothean towers on Feros. There is architecture we don't see as it's only described in planet descriptions that sounds amazing! This is simply just a post to talk about what architecture people like in the Mass Effect games, as well as ideas/theories people have for what we don't see or what we possibly could see one day (Kett homeworld, for example). I also wonder about what Reaper conversion facilities looked like. From prothean pyramids to tuchanka ruins to the floor tiles on Aya... well, you know. Cool stuff!

By Kett architecture, do you mean Jardaan? The builders of the monoliths and remnant technology?

Those are cool too, but I meant the green military Kett structures. But yes the remnant structures are nice to look at as well.

This is in the same vein as dying in ME3MP on Jade because you were too busy looking at the waterfalls/scenery. I approve I always check out the architecture and backgrounds, it's not all about the foreground. Then there is the weaponry and combat style, honestly, what a group chooses to use to live in, and what they choose to use in war tell a lot about them. It's one thing to look at the Kett buildings, but then you look at their guns, and they have exactly the same design, and then the description of the Kett guys really point to one thing: Function over form. However, I think the writters really dropped the ball there, because there is clearly a driving force in the form design of Kett tech too. Then you have the sleek design of Angaran weapons, which is a lot like Asari tech in the Trilogy, only with what I can only describe as Kett underpinnings. A lot of Angaran Tech just looks like Kett tech with a nice, smoothed casing on it. Don't get me wrong, it's nice looking stuff, but it really does just feel like re-skinned Kett tech (and maybe this is the whole point? The Kett have corrupted EVERYTHING in Heleus).
