Okay, so the wait for DA4 is all but killing me, and I desperately need distractions... so I thought, why not start a thread where people can suggest voices you would like to hear. You can just mention good voice actors in general, or be more specific about what kind of role you want them to play. You want people well established in the industry or some new talent? You want someone return who's already been part of a Bioware game? My list:

Troy Baker
I know, he's almost everywhere, but he really is a good voice actor and I've liked most of what I've heard from him (except his Joker, but I'm a die-hard Mark Hamil fan...). I especially liked his work in the Telltale games he's been part of. I would love for him to voice a companion, preferably a witty "nice guy".

Laura Bailey
Again she's one of the really famous ones, but she's just so good that she deserves a place on my list. A companion part for sure, but she's so versatile that I believe she could do almost every kind.

George Newbern
Most people probably recognize him as Superman in the Justice League series, but to me he's mostly Ren from the epic Pirates of Dark Water. I would love to hear his voice again, either as a companion or as a prominent NPC. This is from an interview:

Jennifer Hale
I mean, I know she already did Krem and was Fem!Shep, but I just love her to bits and think it would be nice to see her in a bigger role in DA. As much as I would love for her to be a companion I'm guessing it's asking too much, but I demand to see her in a huge NPC role!

Erin Yvette
Another voice I learned to appreciate through Telltale. What little I've heard I have liked, and it would be interesting to hear her voice a companion in DA.

Matthew Mercer
I mean, Mercer has such a cool and pleasant voice, I can easily listen to him for hours. He has done sooo many games and he has the range to do both "good" and "bad" characters. Again I would like to see him as a companion!

I have more, but this will do for now! Looking forward to listen to new voices in this thread!

As I'm playing Skyrim right now... I'd add Wes Johnson to the list, as he was one of the best in the game.

He voiced Lucien Lachance, Hermaeus Mora & Titus Mede II. He also voiced The Silver Shroud, Protectron, and others from Fallout 4.

Aha! I had wondered who that was. His voice narrating is the only part of that game I really enjoy.

Agree with your first 2 picks also - they both did excellent work in SWTOR.

Well, I also play the Saints Row games, so I already got that.

Honestly, though, I've loved her work since she was a rookie doing anime, but I do feel like she's kinda...overexposed these days. I'm a bit Laura Bailey-d out. Same with Troy Baker, to be honest.

As for who I'd like to hear, more from Allegra Clark could be fun. She's already in DA as Josephine, but she plays what amounts to the completely opposite character in Tyranny, and I'm very interested in what she can pull off within that range. Also speaking of Tyranny, Evan Smith, who I'm only familiar with that but does so smooth, I'd like to hear more of him on general principle.

Nathan Fillion would be great as would Richard Speight Jr ( he played Gabriel in Supernatural among a lot if other things).

Kate Mulgrew (Janeway) is already in the game, she is the voice of Flemeth and does a great job ( never liked Voyager or Janeway, but Kate is a terrific actress).

As a fan of the Castlevania series on Netflix, there's already a number of voice actors in the cast that have been featured in Dragon Age; Dracula himself shares the same VA as Arl Eamon (Graham McTavish). But if they need an Antivan girl, they should cast Alejandra Reynoso, who I love as Sypha.
