I can't find one, either. Wish I could. I wonder if such an editor could "fix" certain problems, like when gender is changed (to get a s/s romance) but Shepard occasionally reverts to the original gender or voice.

If I remember correctly I think this was something dealing with the save game format of ME1 being accessible in some sort of zip format with special coding... or at least this is what was tried. I am going to link research done on the me3explorer site on this.
