Edited ME3 Coalesced with some useful tweaks

*Doubled all war asset values to counteract galactic readiness penalty
*Swapped armor appearance for "Hahn Kedar" and "Armax Arsenal" - The one with all the extra ammo packs on it now gives the ammo capacity bonus, and the one with the power nodes now gives the weapon damage bonus. I believe this was a mistake on the part of the devs
*Gave the 3 cerberus armors each a different helmet appearance
