It's more a supply chain issue than the panic buyers - a lot of people in my industry have a large percentage of staff out due to iso/covid. Obviously less staff = less production = less availability.

I have to go out into my plague ridden city to get groceries tomorrow am. I am out of pretty well everything. I hope I can get up early enough to get to the store first thing. Usually the best time to get grocs i find with less people, 8 am!

I traded my cane for a baton. It's been at least 5 years since I played Watch Dogs to play it instead of just to crash firetrucks. There have been numerous civilian casualties, police chases, a couple accidental explosions, and one firetruck rampage. I hadn't touched an AC game the last time I played this and I didn't think the graphics were bad. I remember the backlash from gamers about the down grade in graphics from footage and gameplay shown before release. Unity was released the same year and has waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better graphics. Character models are not great and everything is missing textures and details. What detail is there looks plastic. But who really cares when I'm careening through crowds in my firetruck?

This must have been when I first started playing it because I sure didn't feel that way about half way through and definitely didn't feel that way about it by the end.
