Almost.
As in almost completed a Wave 2 Hack (Kett Sandstorm Platinum). Had about 5 seconds to go before the Ascendant decided to join me in the hack circle.

Time.
As in ran out of time dealing with a Wave 6 Boss. Had a previous Boss objective and was low on consumables. Maybe needed 10 more seconds to take it down. This Human Male Engineer solo is taking forever.

Hack.
As in Wave 6 Hack. Had another Wave 6 Boss objective where I couldn’t take down the Behemoth in time. This is getting frustrating!

Finally!
As in finally completed the Platinum solo with the Human Male Engineer. After another failed double Boss objective, I got Boss, Retrieval, and Devices. Smooth run, which I thankful for considering all those frustrating missions leading up to it.
Update: Here's the video:

Easier. Human Female Adept got great objectives in completing another Platinum solo. Tried it on Zero and got to Wave 5, and went back to Sandstorm. I’m two away from finishing solos with the duplicate Human characters (Sentinel and Infiltrator remain). Don’t want to leave them out! Update: Link to video and notes.

Done.
Human Female Sentinel (Sandstorm Kett) and Human Male Infiltrator (Icebreaker Kett) are in the bag. Sadly, my Human Female Sentinel video will not be as exciting as a prior failed attempt where I successful completed a Wave 2 Hack only to die on the Wave 4 Retrieval objective! Too impatient going to the second package and everyone joined me in the little room.
All duplicate Human characters are done, which means I've truly soloed with every character in MEAMP. I can now rest.

Smote.. on pizza delivery level 6. Got caught on wall dodging out of a room, and never recovered. Died 4 times just trying to clear the area so I could make another attempt at the room once people cleared out. Actively irritated with myself, the room was too close to to the drop off, I knew I should have gone away from it to draw the mobs off. But I risked it and got stomped with a sloppy dodge.
Level 17 Adept VII with my best guns a Eagle 1 and a Rozerad 1 and no not the fancy versions.
Pull 1 Singularity 4B 5B 6 A Shock-wave 4 A 5 A 6 B off biotics 4B 5B 6 A Barrier 1
Edit to add on Silver I can't roll with Gold or platinum in MEA, I could occasionally pull off a gold in ME3 if everything went my way, not even close in MEA.

One word: Successful!
Many more words: I managed my first Gold Solo yesterday - and then I pulled off another one early this morning. I've been playing for a while, so I have pretty good stuff - Angara Avenger VIII, Black Widow IV, Hesh Siphon. Watching Vanelsa's vids, I learned The Algorithm for Sandstorm (thanks for the vids!) and it was pretty manageable, actually! Grenade Capacity, Combat Power Amp II and Cyclonic Mod III in the first one - wave 3 Boss and wave 6 devices. I spammed Cobras on the Behemoth and for most of the rest of the match I could just run The Algorithm and by playing tight and careful I made it out with heals and rez's to spare (plus some rockets and ammo packs too).
In the second game I wanted a bit more punch on my Hesh, so I brought Incendiary Ammo II instead of the Cyclonic Mod. Wave 3 Hack and Wave 6 Boss, but the Hack was in a very favorable position - the most defensible position on the map, The Algorithm's start point. I spammed ammo packs to fuel an endless barrage of Stickies and then in wave 6 I again spammed the heck out the Behemoth with Cobras (plus Stealth Grid makes Black Widow head shots pretty manageable). Made it out with heals and rez's (and others) to spare once more.
I've soloed Silver with non-Stealth characters (Juggernaut, Human Soldier, Human Guardian) and it is tough. I'm not sure how I'd get through Gold without the incredibly powerful combination of Stickies and Stealth Grid, but you gotta start somewhere, haha.

Freeze a lot, dont explode them (shockwave) until you have at least 3 redbars frozen. Use freeze to debuff armored enemies. Then run the gauntlet when needed Of course gold is a bit more tougher but same thing applies. If you have PAW higher than III, equip targeting VI II or higher for dem headweakpoint melting shots.

Well, Juggy and Guardian are my best overall non-stealth characters, but I bet I pull it off with Human Soldier first. A couple of lucky objectives combined with spammable powers will probably do it. Juggy (and Guardian) are great and more consistent, but the Soldier can randomly be more amazing - it is hard to beat the DPS of an ammo-pack fueled grenade barrage.

Commando is one to try too, but with her one must cover a bit more, although exploding singularity + double warp and good weapon choice with turbocharge makes a difference in crowd control and damage.

Yeah, she’s also great. I usually go into Turbocharge instead of Singularity on her just because I Singularity’d a lot with the Adepts, but it might be better for solos. Don’t know yet...

Once you get your characters to XX and a good Siphon variant, I think you’ll find Gold to be easier than in ME3MP. At least that’s been my experience. Keep at it and you’ll be joining the Gold solo club in no time!

I'm not sure how I'd get through Gold without the incredibly powerful combination of Stickies and Stealth Grid, but you gotta start somewhere, haha. Welcome to the Gold solo club! I like how you call my strategy The Algorithm. It certainly works for all factions on Gold and for Kett on Platinum. It does not work as well for Outlaws and Remnant on Platinum due to all of those flying Observers. And, Sharpshooters like to position themslves in the desert area, making the top of the roof less protected. With the Behemoth, if you spec into Avenger Strike with Flash and Disrupting Strike, you barely have to use your gun or stickies to take care of him. Just isolate him from the rest of the enemies and swipe away. Guardian is great for solos because Biotic Blink can get you out of trouble so easily. Watch my Zero Platinum video to see how easy it was. I would do it against Outlaws because if you get Hack or Upload, all you need to do is take care of the Atlas and Berserker twins once. They won’t spawn again, so you can concentrate on pushing those dogs away from the circle. Keep at it and post in the Solo Hall of Fame thread to get your run immortalized in the annals of Andromeda!

Faster.
As in about 40 minutes faster than my previous Krogan Gladiator Platinum Solo. The PAW is overpowered and I’m much better executing my strategy on Sandstorm against Kett. A little dicey near the end with the third Wave 6 device at the worst possible location (LZ, right next to the second device), but she got it done. Video forthcoming (will post in the hall of fame thread).

As in a Wave 6 Upload ruining my perfect run with the Human Kineticist and the PAW. Up to that point I had used only one Cobra to take out the Blaze Hydra’s targeting eye. Oh well, that’s objective RNG for you.

Hack.
Wave 6 Hack. Ruined another good run with the P.A.W. Kineticist. How I wish solo Hacks would revert to their pre-patch behavior where enemies could contest the hack without progress stopping. Would make them harder, but still manageable within the four minute timer.

Devices!
As in Wave 6 Devices. Had. Wave 2 Boss and I made the decision to conserve my Cobras because of an earlier failed Wave 6 Boss (Wave 4 Boss depleted my Cobras). Device locations were decent, even with ones at the LZ and Building 8.
P.A.W. is more fun to use than the Rozerad, IMO. Doesn’t have the damage but is so much more accurate and with a huge clip. Valkyrie also very good now that the clip is so big (can equip the receiver mod without penalty).

Magma
As in Magma Platinum Solo with the Human Guardian against Kett. At extraction, I hid in the secret room (easily) accessible only by the Duelist and Guardian. I nearly missed extracting because I could get out of the room! Video upcoming.
