Hi, I haven't used the TGI for the longest time and recently had the opportunity to bring him out for a Plat game. (After repeated searches on Gold only found swarms of AIU-Reegar scrubs 
). Two PUGs bailed in the early waves and the host and I managed to extract. Back in the lobby, the host asked for my build. While looking at it, I realized that I have no idea what "Max Shields" for Stim Packs actually do.
Does "Max Shields" replace whatever shields you get from Fitness or is "Max Shields" added to shields from Fitness?
