You get it from a shop in Kadara Port. Though if you want to see what could have been, its multiplayer version is awesome.

Warning, sloppy and not really well tested.
This will be incompatible with LegendDarkness' MP weapons mod once he updates that one.
It is also incompatible with anything that alters the sandstorm crafting receipes, their groupcrafting or the craftingprogression_base files/assets.

I was sitting on this for a couple weeks now. There was supposed to be another half to that mod, which is making giving me a hard time...
