Hi, just missed 100 enemies waves and installed some mods today. But now TAB is key for console and it suppose to be for one of my powers so need to change it. Console key should be smth else, but can't remember how to fix this (if I ever knew)...
Any help?

If it is rebindable, which it ought to be, you would do it in your coalesced.ini with your other default keybinds.
I am interested in this - I would love to reclaim my tab key, and having two console keys (tab and tilde) is more than is necessary.

You can change the console key but you have to do that, as Glenn said, by modifing your "Coalesced.bin". But you need to download a tool for that. And I don't remember from where I got the one I used...
Anyway if you can open the "Coalesced.bin" (btw found in "[whereever you installed ME3]\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole") navigate to the section "bioinput.ini/engine/console". You should find the entries "consolekey" and "typekey" there. "consolekey" defaults to "Tilde" while "typekey" defaults to "Tab". Here you can change the key by typing in the name of your new Key instead of the default.
eg: Default: consolekey "Tilde" changed into consolekey "F3"
As for the Names of keys, I don't really know them. But just from looking at other keybinds in there however letterkeys have a Capital letter as name and the F-Keys go by Captial F[number] (eg. F6). If you want to use other keys you have to look up their names in the Unreal3 Engine.

Update: so atm I am able to change it, but applying any mod overwrites it and before launching game I need manually change it again. Seems like need to edit mods to fix for once all this unnecessary work. But I just wish there would be some built in function into modmanager to choose console key And yes it's the: coalesced.bin > bionput.ini > engine > concole > Typekey

Yes, to do what you want you would drop coalesced.bin onto mod manager, and then take bioinout.xml and put it into data/override. Edit this file to your liking. In Mod Manager settings, add auto inject as an option and it will use your keybinds file when compiling coalesced.
