Sebastian is the most Powerful Character

He has Andraste on his crotch for protection and endurance. There's no way to stop this guy.

I always thought he was a better archer than Varric. I like Varric, he's my bro, but Sebastion has better AOE

No need to apologise, this is just hilarious and it explains a lot of things about Anders' mental state!  

He is powerful, but is he a better archer than Varric?

I guess the advantage with Sebastian is that he can use powerful elemental bows that might be able to deal more damage per hit than Bianca, but Varric has multiple attack speed buffs in his specialization and, since she improves with level up, Bianca's a great choice to attach the Primeval Lyrium Rune to (if you don't choose to upgrade her instead).

I think archery just flat out trumps the other combat forms in both DA2 and DA:I. It's almost like it's over-compensating for how weaksauce it was in DA:Origins.

First of all his name is SEABASS. S-E-A-B-A-S-S

Second SEABASS is a complete dick and I never see him as this amazing archer. The whole, Maker this and Maker that in combat is enough to make me go bat shit crazy. If I want a loveable archer, I use Varric. But to each their own.

As for romance? LMAO! I rather date Emile de Launcet.

And third...no really what was Bioware thinking giving Seabass Sonic the Hedgehog hair?!?!

I really wish Bioware went with their original idea and used Nathaniel.

For me it is from best to worst: Merrill, Sebastian, Fenris, Isabela, Anders.
