Outcast raider? Whats this?

Yes, on Kadara there are both "Outcast Raiders" and "Collective Raiders" as the basic "Outlaw" enemy.  How they are labeled merely identifies their faction; and you will commonly see groups of outcasts and collective fighting each other... until they both start firing on Ryder's team.  After you settle things on Kadara, you will notice that some of them won't be hostile to you... usually because they are with the faction you sided with when you settled things between Sloane and Reyes.

Just for you, I revisited Kadara with  my current Ryder (who sided with the Collective).  The Outcast Raiders are in blue.  The Collective (who are no longer hostile and, therefore, no longer labeled) are in beige/brown.
