Best Biotic Power?

I vote Warp.

It does damage, recharges quickly, weakens armor, can increase damage dealt to targets, is a source power, and can detonate any power combo.

I voted Biotic Charge. Gets you in close to eviscerate mooks with a Claymore.

That being said, Barrier was my favorite biotic power in ME1, and my second-favorite power overall next to Immunity. Barrier just had too long of a cooldown in ME2, and was eventually overshadowed in ME3 by a post-patch (buffed) Fortification. I tried a few times to incorporate the purge mechanic into a playstyle but I couldn't get it to be any fun.

I know some people have mentioned they wish they could have voted Singularity, but I think even if that option was present, I wouldn't have voted for it. It was good in ME1, but Lift (when the radius actually worked) was just as good and sometimes better since it affected more enemies types. Singularity was obviously an Adept-exclusive in ME2 and was integral to the class. Singularity in ME3 was best left to Liara; Pull was generally a better power for the ME3 Adept.

Although I used to use reave a lot, I am now addicted to dominate (in ME3) at least, makes the London ground fights a lot easier. It should be added to this list, as it is a biotic power - and probably one of the best.

I voted Reave (using it in my current PT) but my favorite is Lift in ME1. I was so disappointed it disappeared from 2 and 3.

Not only that, but in MET, Annihilation Field is only a power in MP, unless you use a mod.

I picked Warp due to its wide applicability, but Flare and Singularity are quite fun as well. I liked Shockwave in ME2, but in ME3 it seems like most enemies are immune to it.

I voted Biotic Charge, but I'd choose anything that isn't pull, throw, or warp. Those are the most boring to use and most visually boring powers in the game. Warp has great uses, but still it's boring af.

So charge, nova, shockwave, singularity, slash, smash, etc are the ones I'd go for.
