Tech Armor gets it for me.
Being able to reduce all incoming damage while improving your own is a concept that appeals to me, especially since you don't need to keep activating it. Just turn it on and go!

Oh, tough one. I think energy drain is incredibly useful (my favorite bonus power). Ripp through enemy shields and synthetics and heal yourself at the same time. What's not to like? But the trophy on this one has to go to tactical cloak for the fun gameplay as it allows to reposition more often and also gives a damage bonus for good measure. Also, it looks cool.

Overload is the best because it can do damage to all forms of defense (health, armor, barrier, shields) when upgraded and shock/incapacitate organic/synthetic enemies. And can do that to multiple at the same time depending on how you upgrade it.
I think it also primes and detonates? (It may only detonate, can't remember) Making it very versatile and extremely useful.

combat drone because it takes away an enemy that the player doesn't have to worry about. When you combine it with sentry turret, the player sits back and relaxs, But the best part is hearing TAKING CASUALTIES when dealing with Cerberus.

I think I am going to abstain from voting in this poll since I cannot decide.
Tactical Cloak, Overload, and Combat Drone (ME2 version) are equally good in my eyes. I am not a big fan of Sabotage in ME1. Sabotage in ME3 is great, but only when combined with other powers.

Tactical cloak is absurd and we all know it.

Overload: Strips defences and ME1: Applies a defence debuff ME2: Overloads weapons Me3 and Andromeda: Detonates (Tech) primers, Primes for TechBursts, Chains to additional Targets and Stuns enemies.
Oh, and It always hits! Overload is never not useful.

No Neural Shock? I'd pick that if it was listed.
Of what's there, I picked Energy Drain.

ED is so damn useful. It's one of the two best active skills in MEA for certain. Its only competitor is Tactical Cloak. Each can be the centerpiece of highly effective builds.
