Here it is again, new and improved!
For clarity, this list is for Mass Effect 3 singleplayer, and I have included the "base" powers as well as bonus powers, in the order listed on the wiki.
I'll put out another one for Andromeda specifically, and I'll follow the same format where applicable.

Meh, it happens. The other powers are not as much fun (save when you use Throw on someone and they go flying over a cliffπ). |

It's kind of hard to name one really, especially since the adept powers are meant to be combined to form combos.
Objectively, Warp is the best power because it is extremely versatile and can effectively be used at all times on all enemies. So my vote goes to that one.
If we talk favorite power, that's a whole other story...

Reave personally, especially when ME2 is taken into account with CC Reave. Primes everything in ME3 and is undodgeable plus in ME2 it can lead to some hilarious situations. I'd have voted Flare if not for its insane cooldown time and its situational usage. Charge would be my second contender though it can also lead to some bad situations for the player and is useless against some enemies.
