Yep, Tech Armor for me.

Looks cool, adds protection, and can bolster powers; a triple-win for me.

Defense Matrix looks cool too, it's my bonus power for Infiltrator, and I echo the statements of Overload (versatility nigh-on-par with Warp)

In ME 3, Energy Drain is my favourite, just because restoring my shields while doing damage is so useful. Then overload because detonating fire explosions is OP, and it's not a dodgeable projectile like Incinerate.

Throughout the trilogy though, my best is Damping in ME1, because when Biotics knock you over on Insanity difficulty, you're pretty much dead.

Tactical Cloak.

Lets you escape to heal and move for better shots and allows powered up shot. If it wasn't for the shield gate in ME 3 the infiltrator with fully maxed out damage bonus to cloak and a Black Widow would waltz threw the insanity difficulty.

Tech specialist with sabotage can kill two people at a time with overload.

Pretty sure i have a vid of me breaking down a harvester in 3 seconds with it somewhere but I'd have to look.

After 5 years and $40 million they give you a Mass Effect beta demo to prepare for Anthem. Sold at full price featuring never to be resolved cliffhangers. BioWare is over Pyjaks.

Overload is probably the most useful but tech armor is the most fun. The combat drone is also to be considered.
