Multiplayer Character Names

Does anyone name their characters? Do you use meaningful or realistic names, or do you go with interesting/humorous names?

I dont name all of mine, but those I play the most are:

Human Male Engineer: Frostshock
Cryo beam/snap freeze and turret with cryo rounds + overload

Krogan Engineer: Flameshock
Incinerate and turret with flamethrower + overload

Krogan Vanguard: Full Beastmode
Melee, melee, and more melee. headbutts for days.

Turian Havoc Trooper: Air Support
All specced for aerial/hover combat with assault rifles (or occasionally a raptor sniper rifle)

Human Juggernaut: Shotgun Samurai (Remnant armor looks kinda oriental to me)
Obviously uses shotguns and charges in blazing

Human Commando: Fighting Gravity
Singularity / Warp ftw

Human Artificer: Hivemind
Looks kinda like a bug in that remnant armor, and uses drones

Asari Duelist: I'm blue Dabaweeb
Ninja sword, blue skin, check and check

Angaran Insurgent: Catsquid #1
Angaran Exemplar: Catsquid #2

Human Guardian: Captain Andromeda
Shields, of course
