Which followers have helmets and suits?

I agree there - In any of the ME games, it would have been nice to have had more selections.  In ME1 and ME2, I didn't like the fact that Shepard and crew were always in their armor and carrying all their weapons on the Citadel when almost everyone else, including the human members of C-Sec were not wearing armor.  In ME:A, I really felt that Ryder should have been dressed in his/her civilian clothes for playing in Liam's soccer game on Eos... particularly since Liam made a point of telling him/her how to dress.
