I had a car that looked like this except mine was all red, no stripe. I had to sell it for peanuts because i was a college student and was moving. Oh how i wish I had that car now.

This was the car of my dreams during me teenager years The perfect design, the perfect engine sound... too bad they ended the Carrera GT line. This machine was a sight to behold.

HUGE fan of 90's designs and imo its where automobile design reached its apex. Need For Speed 2 was a godsend for me as a kid. First, the McLaren F1. My second favorite supercar or all time. Next, the Ford GT90 concept. My favorite of all. Too bad it never got put into production. Next, a somewhat lowkey car whose design was also beautiful. The Isdera Commendatore 112i And lastly, for now, this beast:

For me there is absolutely nothing cooler on this planet than those 1000hp V8 70's Can-Am Racecars. Absolutely nothing, beats even sex with the hottest chicks. No electrics bullshit, no driving aids, no small engines with small displacement, just a fat gas sucking engine, behemoth rear tires, football-sized turbos, giant wings, no driver safety and a chassis that weighs next to nothing. My favorite is the Shadow MK3: And they still race those things today even though they are worth up to $ 3.000.000 today. The motherfucking sound! Hnnnnnngh!

Eventually was sold to Red Bull, and is now racing in F1 as 'Toro Rosso' .

Pre-downforce Formula One.
And that's why - despite later years good safety statistics - roughly half of all drivers who have ever driven F1 have been killed in accidents associated with their sport.
Look at them tin-suicide-pods! Full of Gasoline! And the ridiculous roll bars. Why are they even wearing helmets!

I've always wanted a NISMO Z-tune Skyline GT-R. To most people, it looks like a riced out Honda Accord Coupe from the 90s. To car enthusiasts like me, it is the holy grail of all Japanese sports cars. Hopefully I'll be able to import one of these in 12 years or so when NHTSA's 25 year import ban is lifted. That one was sold for over $500k USD. I'll keep my R35 GT-R a bit longer until I finally scratch my Skyline GT-R itch. This is my current garage. 2009 GT-R and 2017 Cayenne S.

Very Nice, I love the Skyline, my favorite is the R32. Any plans on trying to import a 1997 Supra? Fun fact, even though I live in Austria I live only a few kilometers from a Japanese car enthusiast who has about 20 Skylines, a dozen Supras, some 200SX plus MR2's and WRX Subarus standing around. Quite a sight. I think he is the only guy in the country who can import those cars and fix them. Also a family member has a 3L 1988 Supra automatic, that car is great. Currently the car is out of service because he is going to replace the original gasket (asbestos?) with a steel one so he can install a turbo with a little more boost.

Very Nice, I love the Skyline, though my favorite is the good old R32. As you know, Nissan Skyline GT-Rs were never officially available in the US. On the other hand, the Mk4 Supras were actually sold in the US in the 90s, but to find a clean example especially a Supra Turbo is almost impossible. If you do, be prepared to pay an astronomical amount of money. My dream is to own a good air-cooled 911 (Carrera RS, 993 GT2, or Singer 911) and a Skyline GT-R (Z-tune). It is a fairly realistic goal and I just want to get them before I'm too old to drive any of them. Maybe when I have my dream garage, I'll import a best/cleanest Mk4 Supra Turbo that I can find.

Look at them tin-suicide-pods! Full of Gasoline! And the ridiculous roll bars. Why are they even wearing helmets! It actually got kinda worse when the downforce era started because thats when engineers started to use magnesium alloy in their cars. And boy, magnesium is hard to put out and it burns extremely hot, like a sparkler. The single biggest improvement in racing safety was the introduction of the fuel bladder, probably even bigger than seat belt. But I really like the mid 60's F1 cars, I enjoy driving them in Assetto Corsa in my cockpit. Here I am doing a training hotlap on the 66' Monza Track: And some really cool footage from the Grand Prix movie:
