Only car to ever take 1st and 3rd in the same race.

This is just one of my favorite cars and my father actually has one also in red the Lamborghini Countach.

Oh I forgot to mention the Raybrig Super GT Honda NSX '07. That thing was such a monster and the livery was really nice too.  

Yeah, the Raybrig NSX would beat them easily in all areas but straight line acceleration and top speed - but the effectiveness of both upsides are diminished by the fact that the Bugatti and the Egg are heavier than the NSX and have less breaking capabilities. They reach higher top speeds but have to break way early so this power is of no use unless there are some very long straights, like in Le Mans. With the low center of gravity and downforce the NSX would have an easy time beating any street-legal supercar.

the sound is absolutely amazing.

When I was in high school (way back when) the garage at the bottom of the hill from my house had about 5 t-birds, some black and some white. I desperately wanted one of those cars.

Well, not exactly.
The P4 was a mid-engine race car. Ferrari's response to the Ford GT40. And for a while it was successful, but eventually Fords economical muscles crushed them. Anyway, the 330 P4 was Ferrari's last true racing sports prototype which could compete in endurance races. They continued with the P4/5 and the 512, but those cars weren't any good and non-competitive, and after that Ferrari gave up and have never returned. (They made some open F1 based sports car prototypes later, under the 3-litre rule, but those couldn't run in the classic, long races.)

Anyway, it was the Thomassimi II that used a tubular chassi from a P4. A crime if you ask me. Then it had an engine from a 250GT and a homemade plywood body. It is also a mid-engine car and looks a lot like a P4.

The Thomassimi III is a front engine car and built on a 250GTC.

The 330 P4 in the video is a replica car. Same as most AC Cobras, GT40s and T70s rolling around today are replicas, not originals.
