I feel your pain, I am sick of the RNG, I am damn sure its fixed somehow, for the past month I have not had one weapon from the main store just characters (rare) no weapons at all, also the rare character is stuck again in the item store, been 4 days and not changed I have been doing the daily challenges to get the 960+ for a weapon considering the store sucks bad time, well at this rate should have my rare characters by XX by the end of this month, I want the paw siphon, been going mad for that one lol.

Maybe, did you play after the balancings were done? If not, those original values were not balanced at all...
Sweeper fires 3 bursts if I remember right, its not a bad weapon at all, but PAW is the king at the moment with few others.

Platinums are mostly laser lightshows with some other favourite high DPS weapons.

If I have weight restriction limit not carrying PAW Siphon and PAW Concussive, I'll swap Concussive to Silhesh Siphon or Hurricane Siphon (I still dont have a goddamned Rozerad siphon)

Adding to that, it also has laser beam (ha ha!) accuracy, so slapping on the AR Short Barrel has no significant penalty compared to the regular AR Barrel.

I have encountered people with PAW rank 3-6 and with Apex rating between ~ 40 000 and 45 000 in PUGs.
That is the pain. I feel sad for their bad luck.

Fortunately I got my PAW siphon 1 relativly fast. At 41000 apex. However it took more than 1.5 calendar month to lvl up original PAW from rank 5 to rank 6.

Regardless of PAW the best gaming scheme is a sticking with regularly playing friends for confident gold runs (at the beginning) and for confident platinum runs (later).

Finally got the only Bulwark Variant I really wanted, the Rozerad Bulwark I, meaning I’ve unlocked every UR variant to I. As for the PAW, my Siphon has been stuck at II for a long time, whereas the Concussive is at V and the Bulwark is at VIII.

I am still waiting for a paw siphon, that would be cool, although I do have the concussive @1 and the normal variant @10, so I suppose cannot complain, although I do think the rng is wank, I have nearly maxed all my rare characters have 2 left @19 so maybe start getting weapons when the rng has a good day.
