For the last two days, I get this constantly, in the middle of a post I am writing. This destroys anywhere from a few seconds to 10 minutes of writing.
I feel this is Chrome stopping a redirect... Why is ProBoards so riddled with this shit? I understand that the price is right, but god damn this is getting old.

I also had to finish the previous post early, as my keyboard started to lag which is an indication that illegitimate code buried in our forum is constantly trying to hack me. This happens regularly, has started again now.
If I have to use Tapatalk to use this site, I am going to come here a lot less.

Mozilla, sigh.... I still use FF on the gaming PC, but otherwise I have given up on them, despite donating in the past. I do not think it is an ad, however. I do believe this is malicious script that is somehow clinging on to ProBoard hooks. That is a yeoman understanding, but it is what I have gleaned from reading their forums on this topic the past few months. In short, it is a ProBoards issue, and they are Legion. |

It's stopped for me last week sometime. I've dumped FF (how the mighty have fallen) and am now happily using Vivaldi, which is Chrome based minus the spying and garbage. It's awesome, reminds me of FireFox 2.0-2.6.

Today has been an interesting day of uBSN shenanigans. I have the floating Disney ad that is a pop-up box superimpose on the screen. It is a nuisance, but clickable to close. This one I haven't seen for a while, and am positive it is malicious script. Then, there was a new batch of framebursting that happened for the first time in months today, with Congratulations! for me  ProBoards, as a service, is vulnerable to a lot of shit. |
