Haven't played me3mp for a long time. But couple of months ago did another me2 run on steam and downloaded the dlcs trough origin just fine and it was surprisingly easy.

A couple of nights ago, I actually fired up ME3 for the first time in.. a year, year and a half maybe? No problems with Origin, but ME3 crashed three times trying to get into MP, so I gave up for the time being. Achievements load and all that so I'm not sure what the deal is.

ME3MP was working normally for me yesterday.

Stuttering could be due to some other process taking up CPU cycles. Perhaps you can check your Task Manager if ye are of the PCMasterRace.

I had a lot of DCs yesterday, but they were not the usual Wave 11 Disconnects. One of them was an objective wave though. At least there is some consistency.

I have also noticed a lot of issues when a player joins - there is a moment or two of hellish lag.

Lastly, I had the displeasure of being in a match with 3 other players who ALL had sniper rifles equipped. I was on my Salarian Engineer running the N7 Valiant. I joined on wave three and hated nearly all of that match on FireBase Ghost becasue of the damn scope lag and grenades.

There was once again a 'critical update' to Origin today when I turned it on. Perhaps it got fixed by that (or gone worse for other parts). At least worked fine for some matches a few hours ago
