absolutely not, it makes no sense IMO.
Flemeth saved the warden's life, handed him the grey warden treaties, sent har daughter to fight with him (very useful indeed)
She certainly has her own plans/agenda but he is actively collaborating against the blight. She in an ally.
Morrigan says she's an old powerful abomination ... ok ... it may be... but Flemeth has already given me several reasons to trust her, and reason to be immensely grateful, Morrigan none.
Also, why jeopardize the mission by facing, without reason and need, such a powerful entity? To be able to sleep with Morrigan? To enjoy a cool dragon fight? no way
Take peacefully the grimoire, problem solved.
