Wow so a good but kinda boring couple of hours yesterday, got sucked into the black hole of onerous quests that is Athens!!!!! Thye are not BAD but they are tedious but discovered Sokrates stolen horse quest you don't even need to talk to the horse thief, you can just talk to Sokrates again after the first chat and make a decision.  Got me a Bull and some Abstergo troops   Got to be number one Mercenary  Went to a quarry and these guys from the quarry were fighting some Athenian soldiers, it mad killing them all with RA easier   |

I've been poking around in Odyssey a bit again since getting the new computer. A new Alexios PT (I know, you're all very shocked  ) So, just some scenery shots, because this game is so beautiful. Hrungr great pic's you must have a better PC than me the colours are always better and more intense in particular than I can get them to be. Have done so boat hopping myself it's great fun and reminds me of the barge hopping on the Thames in Syndicate. Yeah I think I am going to miss the Greek world, I am looking forward to exploring Ancient Briton but it's climate is going to sour the experience compared to Greece I think.

So did some talking with Sokrates Did some swimming Did some trolling, seriously Kass just sat and waited behind this guy for over 2 minutes Did some killing (a lot actually) and it was a bad day for Merc's - AGAIN. Did some hiding Entered the tomb of Agamemnon which should have been called the tomb of snakes Spent some time with the Daughters of Artemis And checked out some scenery |

Might have gotten into a scuffle or two last night. Kind of a neat tidbit, if you board a ship that isn't disabled and "clear the deck", it'll keep sailing along its regular route. But if a pirate ship spots you, they will go after you.  What a great shot, did you take that Hrungr?  So you can create Ghost Ships? In my first PT, I swam/swum on to and cleared a ship of crew but it just sat where it was but it was still there much later and I was able to ram it and sink it with the Adrestia.

In my first PT, I swam/swum on to and cleared a ship of crew but it just sat where it was but it was still there much later and I was able to ram it and sink it with the Adrestia.  I'm tempted to try this with a number of ships in a battle, just to see what happens when they try to fight it out with no crews.  But yeah, you have to board a ship that's already on the move. If it's stopped or disabled, it'll stay that way.

So spent a couple of hours in ACOD yesterday and cleared some stuff in and around Korinth including the find mum quest stuff. This included >20 minutes of sailing to take the Heterae woman to Mykonos or wherever it was and I sank two named ships on the way which was fun. Then did the sex andron mission, always like killing that ass hat and then destroyed The Mongers warehouse with Brasidas. Took down the Monger and then did Alkibiades mission to deliver the imprint to the guy in the fort. Pic's |
