That can happen. Description say that you can get up to 5 URs in one pack, happened to me few times.

Keep faith! Been playing since Day 1, have 2100 hours and 1500 on MP, Apex > 84,000 (should be around 110k hadn't I stopped for three-four months), only one UR still to unlock (Eagle concussive, I was lucky my first UR Siphon was the PAW, now I can't stand it and the noise it makes anymore) and I AM STILL GRINDING THIS GAME (never cheated to speed things up). I seriously hope BoWare reworks that for Anthem because the more you invest in this game, the more punitive it gets... "So sad". That's my opinion and thanks for the rectification SassaMFG, see you on the battlefield |

I thought that the store would not be able to surprise me anymore because 4 years ago I received 5 ultra-rare cards from one Jumbo Premium Pack ... However, it still managed to surprise me very much: I got SIX ultra-rare cards in one pack!
My own Explanation:
Previous pack was empty (0 UR cards). At next pack I've received guaranteed 1 UR card due to "pity timer" (1 million credits spent). Plus 5 UR cards from the "normal" limit of the pack.
P.S. This happened back in November, 2022 but I forgot to post it here.

I just got 3 URs out of two Expert packs (the 50'000 ones). THAT was surprising! That's more than I got out of 10 previous 100k packs. Who knew it even can yield more than one UR?
