Not just no but And reason for that is not just because it is illegal, it corrupts the gene pool. There is a reason it is illegal. At least in the ME universe, with some aliens you can procreate and contribute healthy genetics to the species DNA. With relationships that are interspecies, there is still adoption and insemination alternatives. And no, incestuous couples do not and should not have the same alternatives. As Addison says, the last thing we need is an inbred monarchy. In the OT Asari are the only species that can have children with other species, Bioware has stated that natural hybrids aren't possible and the Citadel Council has banned the creation of hybrids via artificial means Pretty sure when I said some interspecies can have kids together, it is pretty much assumed I am talking about Asari. As a twin myself, their closeness/concern for each other makes perfect sense. Also as a twin, I can attest that they most certainly do not want to smooch each other under ANY circumstances.
