Alien weapons.

If we can i still won't use them. If i have a choice, i'll always choose the human made weapons.

Well ...

I asked the Geth Plasma Shotgun, Javelin, Widow, Geth SMG, Geth Particle Rifle, Collector Sniper Rifle, Collector SMG, Collector Assault Rifle, Prothean Particle Rifle, the Arc Pistol, Acolyte Pistol, Disciple Shotgun, Kishok Harpoon Gun, Graal Spike Thrower, Reeger Carbine and the Geth Spitfire what they thought. Mostly, they considered it very likely.

On the other hand, the Lancer, Valkyrie, Saber, Hurricane, Crusader, Eagle, Paladin, Talon, Wraith and Phalanx agreed with the aggregate opinion of the Predator, Avenger, Katana and Shurikan ... that alien weapons are totally and completely unnecessary and will not appear in MEA.

As for Andromeda,I want to see strange weapons.Also,I want back the heavy guns,like grenade laucher,or M-490 Blackstorm.

I'm sure they'll be a good selection of weapons... don't really care where they come from TBH.

I just want my Piranha back.

I know it might be a bit too demanding in terms of resources but I do like the weapons having different ammo types like the assault rifle in ME3 that has the overheat feature of ME1.  

Lancer + Blackwidow 4 the win!, btw i wouldn't mind an alien weapon that melts the face of the enemies...

Is it too much to ask for nonhumanoid aliens, using nonhumanoid weapons and therefore requiring some reverse engineering before we can fire their weapons?

Probably. So I'll settle for more beam weapons, or weapons with cool effects (not just visuals) or anything other than space bullets and thermal clips.

I'll use whatever feels best. For my first play through of ME3 that was the Disciple shotgun and the M-12 Locust. Until I got to feel true power in the form of N7 Piranha and the Executioner pistol.

I certainly hope so. ME3 did a pretty good job of having weapon variety with out too many of the weapons overlapping in functionality.

Assuming we mostly likely don't have any advanced weapon manufacturing facilities on the Arkships, scavenging and reverse engineering looted/stockpiled weapons would be the most obvious choice. Bartering with friendly species might also yield new weapons and/or tech.

My preference has always been for ballistics with different kinds of ammo and weapon customization though. How can you not
love the firing sound of a pistol or rifle ( K7 Avenger, Perfect Dark N64 for example )

Just give me overheating guns and I'll be alright. I'm old-school
