Claymore is a particularly good weapon at learning reload cancelling. But the reality is it's a niche market weapon despite the cult following. If you don't get the timing down for whatever reason you'll find the dramatic conclusion of a single-mag weapon and a missed shot in C.Q.C. Well... maybe not on silver, maybe even not on lolgold. But if you ascend to plat, things change. For my part I found the most success with the Claymore using the Batdept(Batarian Slasher). Warp/Claymore syncs quite well, with Clusternades as an extremely useful tool not on the same cooldown between Warp-Shoot. I found Lash less useful and more of a distraction from the Shoot-Warp/Reload Cancel-Shoot regimen. Albeit Lash does wonderful things to Possessed Abominations. Laugh at the plebs that try and hold the LZ. Particularly if you get Lone Survivor. Then laugh more, or something. And don't let the nice welcome fool you; you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy than ME3MPers. *** Also, Asimov quote. Salvor Hardin. Never read em though. All I did was google the quote. How and where do I spend my points? I believe I have 10 of them. *** One more thing, the game has some bugs. Development has ended. That means every bug in the game just became a rule of the game. When you host Phantoms get 90% Damage Reduction from everything you (and only you) do to them, for instance. Paladin's Snap Freeze automagically get Tech Combo(6B) if you take Reach(4B). Volus can use their light-melee button to cloak, only it operates on two frequencies. It matters if you are walking or running, as their innate cloak is on two separate cooldowns. If you walk and cloak, then decloak, then run, you can cloak again. And vice versa. There is a lot going on that you can't find out without using the Resource Library. If you see yourself playing the game for a while I highly suggest checking out a few things. The bugs are interesting and varied. Certain weapons can take the heavy barrel attachments for no additional weight cost. Or Turians (paging salmasrac) only get their bonus passive stability to weapons if you aren't the last to join. (That's IIRC, I forget the rigamarole around that bug.) I send you one (smart) cookie badge for your ten points. But methinks you should read the books... Other than that, excellent advice!

Almost 2000 hours in and I've yet to be synced by a Scion - and I smack 'em good with my melee KroSent. It's the easiest sync to avoid - but entertaining to witness. To be fair, a large portion of those 2000 hours occurred prior to Collectors being a thing. I've been synced by brutes only twice, Atlas only once. Banshees and Phantoms though? They make up for it.

High: had two(no time for more, sadly) games with docsteely. Our shotgun totting asari duo took care of Cerberus on Hydra and out fat turian duo took care of collecturds in reactor. We had a volus engie along the way, who didn't do much killing, but my fat turian soldier with spitfire sure appreciated all the shield boosts. The little guy proved surprisingly useful during both matches. The fourth player... well, he was there. That's the best I can say about him, really. Thanks for awesome games doc. They weren't the smoothest for sure, but very much fun and that's all that really counts. Me thinks we should try plat next time, if you're feeling up for it ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/KGsHESiZGZU0pPuHuhQr.png) I'll be home and online for the next four days, so if you're feeling like doing something insane, ping me ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/RebJidSPcxyF0U0Rr0uW.png)

Low. Rage quit. Yep. Out of sorts today so the geth made me see red. Got tired of seeing infils too. There was an infil in the geth match so he probably thought I was mad at him. He was just collateral dmg because I was conveniently firing off missiles at anything standing. Still standing? Go down you.

High: Had a nice match on Dagger with Obsidian Gryphon vs. Reapers trying to get used to this game again. Low: Got kicked for the first (second?) time by a melee juggernaut named Alienware (or something similar). He joined my lobby and tried to kick one of the guys who was playing a volus. I got on the mic and said the volus was fine as I had just had two smooth matches with him. Juggy dropped out, and we started the match with 3, and guess who reappeared in wave 1. The match went well, and the juggy mostly kept to himself on the opposite side of the map, including during objective waves. During wave 11 he seemed peeved as he spent the latter part of the wave blocking my LOS and shooting me. Back in the lobby the others left and the two of us just sat there with his kick on me. Then another guy I had played with earlier joined the lobby and kicked me too! Not sure what I did to be so popular. ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/KsWEGtwHLHUtTuiWt0OV.png)

Always plays a jugg, once in the match they either wander off where there are no enemies, or they will target someone and attempt to annoy them. You got the better deal by being kicked out of that lobby in my opinion!

High: Started playing actively again a week or so ago. Have had several great games with friends, and a few tolerable pugs, too. Low: chewed up a few pugs for them not participating in Team missions and bleeding out without even trying, although we had revived them repeatedly before that. I don't mind that, but do not bleed out on Gold, opposite side of map when we're doing devices or something. For the above reasons, I may have called also someone via mic a fucktard this week... (maybe that should be a high?) High: Got some relaxed games with General after a long while. Also had a game with docsteely after a long while - ending up with me hardfreezing while carrying a pizza! And then clicking the 'OK' button like a friggin' noob when PS wanted to calibrate its hardware again... Managed to load back into the game on w9, but missed most of the game. Hurmf. Nice seeing you though, doc! High: Unexpectedly, the Rust is not as real as last time, and from the ashes of my absence, I rise like a phoenix, improved. ![:coolstory:](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/BeKJgeLJd0twKvhErKZw.png)

The last 4-infiltrator match could've used even more Quarian bum bum, but 2x2 Quinfiltrators made the Cerbs hilariously confused with constant "Target cloaked!" and "No visual!".

I've come across this [Alienware] character too: I don't know what I did to upset him/her either, but now he/she always tries to kick me from any lobby in which me meet. Seems like a bit of an odd sort. For my sins, I occasionally meet another character (forget her tag, but she's a female with a strong German accent - she's always on mic') who compulsively rage-quits should another player dare to what she calls "spam grenades." Well, what are 'nades for? LOL. 'There's nowt so queer as folk,' as the saying goes.

If I remember correctly, first they grab you, then they smash you to the ground, and the coup de grâce is a couple of blows from both fists in unison. Nice.

Recent High: some high quality games with Sonashii , HamleticTortoise and docsteely . We dedicated the second game to @thetechnoturian . I wanted to surprise her with a high quality GIF containing some Turians, but she was ninja watching at my YT-channel where the snippet was temporarily parked. Here is it anyway

Here is it anyway ![](http://i.imgur.com/c0PUjzl.gif) I was on the youtube mainpage at just the right time apparently, it recommended these Turians to me (youtube is always recommending Turians to me. As soon as I load the website it's usually wall-to-wall Turians). I clicked on that at near the speed of light, because Turians.

Received a strange message from you sir this morning. I ... have to apologize. Sonashii told me that we are waiting for Doc to join the lobby. I just wanted to kind of speed up the process. Apparently I confused you with docsteely.

I killed a few more people this weekend with Possessed Abominations. If you run your flamer correctly you can make it look like an "accident" and be no where near them when the damn thing goes off.
Dude even queued his mic - I'm sure to cuss me, but I was laughing too hard.
