Had a low match with Collectors in London map, hosted by a player I don't particularly like. I quit in wave 8 or 9 because I was getting very annoyed. I didn't seem to be lagging because I was able to pizza run smoothly. What made me quit? Because the scions and praetorians were zapping through walls. I mean WALLS, not containers or low barriers. This never happened before. If I get behind a wall or double set of walls, praetorians are bugged so theirs lasers go through everything like butter but a scion should never be able to get me but I was so there was no point my taking cover to shoot at them.
A scion should have a slight break between firing cycles of three shots but they were firing non-stop with the result that I and another player kept getting killed during an escort objective. He died on the stairs. I counted as I sidled down behind cover, there should be a break, I went to gel him and went down just as he was revived. This was repeated twice; scions kept machine gunning as we fought to get each other revived. We ended up dead because I decided not to gel my toon and he got stomped on.
P.S. Just had another Collector match. I was expecting praetorian lasers to go through containers but no. Scions were not firing through walls and their fire cycles were normal. I can only conclude the match I mentioned earlier was modded. That was the first time I saw that player host. Next time I won't even bother to stick around.

Can't be sure but my 1st thought when reading this was a modded game. You might also encounter this with primes which have a similar firing cycle.

Probably modded as that scion behavior is abnormal. But then again we're talking the Retaliation DLC, which is the buggiest of them all.

Best Highlight? I've just been enlightened by the Highness Himself, the Light that showed me the Real Truth. Now i have no more doubts. And the Mistery is solved. Have you ever wondered why on FB Rio sometimes, when you are bleeding do death or after you're sync killed you get resurrected at the start of the map with full life, after your inanimate body fell outside of the map? Is it a bug? Nope, my friends. That's a trivial explanation only for the materialistic people that don't believe. The last night, after being resurrected, I've seen Him. I've seen Jesus! He was watching over us and giving His Glory, assisting us in defeating the rippers, and reviving us! Here's in His Full Glory of Light: Low point: not enough people still believe in Him, and the casualties are high.

I suppose that comes from being a scrub who gets scragged the second I take my eyes off the enemy.

Have I ever told you how much I hate that @fmulder guy? This guy... he can topscore... offhost... with a fucking Hornet! Yeah, sure, he was using fat Tsent, but still... made my fat Tsol BPP look bad. Other than that, awesome games, my man. We sure showed Cerberus why they have much to fear from Council races Save

You did a great job too, especially in the second run where your Claymore asari adept came very close to my Acolyte Justiciar. I think it's a very good performance. It's cool to see some veterans are still playing. I bumped into evltn around one week ago. I don't know if his previous game went badly, but he nuked all the Primes.

See, you still have real challenges before you like topscoring loufi when he uses the Hornet... Though I doubt you'll can, as I can't topscore muah or xelander or TTT even when they're using the mighty Predators (or lvl 1 characters). These games were fun ! I'm happy to hear that ev is still playing. I played some games with him during my PS3 binge last year and I remember two things: his play (he is a real master) and his temper, 'cause he took it all personally (banshee warpballs, geth staggerlocks, etc)...

From the desk of one Dandy, Power: "GETTHEFUCKOUTOFMYLINEOFSIGHTFUCKINSCRUBI'LLKICKYOURASSOUTOFMYLOBBY" *Spawn nukes* *Scores third* Cordially, PD. ....To be fair, he's actually a pretty good player - just needs to get off the mic and do the objectives.Well, it's like he's right here with us...all along. Holy crap I run into this guy a lot and he's always super super mad even when nothing goes wrong. Glacier/Geth/Gold I randomed into the same lobby as him and went Justicar since the host was running with a warp ammo falcon- we ended up nearly two shotting a bunch of mook spawns x3c Krosol tagging along meant we were deleting spawns super fast. PD meanwhile is supply pylon'ing it up in the top room corner- when we inevitably flip the spawns up he goes ballistic on mic because we "neglecting our rear flank". ... And he just grenades the crapout of them anyway so...? I managed a reply to him this time! I asked him if he's always so mad and he just went quiet. Usually I'd go hard to dump on him but I wanted to be polite to the other players- ended up 1k below Host... Until PD took my spot with 6 killstreaks in extraction. Host bailed as soon as we got our credits, so I didn't get to enjoy any shittalking coming my way.

High: Convinced my older brother, who lives in my attic for the summer, to start playing ME3 since the game is currently 5bux on origin. This is the second time someone has seen me sitting around playing this game (my PC is in the main room of my house so there's not any actual privacy and come to think of it it's awkward playing with turians while people are watching) and wanted to try it for themselves. Probably says something about the appeal of this game.
It's probably definitely the Turians.
Low: Just realized I can't play with Turians if someone else is sitting at my PC

On a side note, your fat Tsent Hornet has spurred me to try the build myself. It's actually pretty damn fun and effective, especially with full stability mods on it. Finally finished Outsider mastery for second time. Won't be using Hornet for much longer, since it's still mediocre(at best) in my books, but it was fun while it lasted Have I ever told you how much I hate that @fmulder guy? And as stated up there, I think it's time to move on. This game and many of it's characters will forever hold a special place in my heart, but yeah... before the end of the year, I intend to give it up for something else. So if you see me, be sure to let me know No pressure though Save

Low: first match in a month and i can't find plat lobbies , so i switch to gold. To be fair it's very late here. Lower: first lobby i land into the host seems to be allergic to objectives. Saddest thing is it was a good player and the connection was much better than i what i usually get at the hour i was queuing . High: Turns out that an escort not moving when there's only 1 minute and a half left cures it . Lowest: they finished the escort and left after the match was over, which prevented me from trolling them next game as I was going to do . High: the next match i was blessed with PowerDandy's presence Higher: He got synced by a banshee and started one of his famous ramblings Low: I couldn't understand completely was he was saying. Lowest: I was too busy clutching to answer and he ragequit, so, again, my trolling was cancelled .

I agree, the Hornet isn't a good weapon, but the tsent makes them all decent, at least for gold. To be more in line with the thread's form now : High : I got a flawless gold PUG game with a Wraith batarian sentinel. This guy is very hard to put down with the "shield regen" build (5a in Blade Armor, full fitness, shield power cells and stronghold package). Low : many players still seem to "keep" their missiles for extraction, but I'm quite used to it now.

High: meet my man, GruntKitterhand for some games and we properly decimated opposition. Decided to go with UUG after a long while, since I had faith Grunt would curry me through everything and we had a couple of very decent pugs. Luckily, no geth showed up Higher: two lift nades killstreaks New best for me. Asari vanguard sure shone in that game, though there was that time at extraction where she charged a clusterfuck of brutes and ravagers and properly died Highest: got Javelin X Decided to give it to infidrell for test run for our last game. Even the collecturds couldn't stand against that combination and we sent them packing. Though I noticed the shots don't register always, but other than that, a superb game. Kicking the bugs in the nuts on windy Noveria is always fun, especially as a part of good group. Low: Thanks for the games Grunt, old buddy, old friend

I did something before that Collectors game with mordokai that I've never done before in all my games - I equipped my final Shotgun III amp. Seriously, never in 3000 hours have I been without any of a particular type of amp, as I always vary my kits so it never happens. But there was no viable alternative as I was rolling a QFE/Claymore. No regrets!!! As for the other games, well, the first one I had no equipment and no piercing, so a single Guardian kept me occupied for more than a full minute. Then there was the whole matter of switching from XB1 to PS3, while using a PS4 controller, so the buttons are flipped from what I'm used to. And that's not even mentioning that I've been playing a lot of MEA so spent a load of time pressing my left stick to run or meleeing when I was trying to dodge. It was hilarious for a bit, but I eventually found some kind of rhythm, and would agree that we really did kick the Collectors asses, especially considering we didn't have a full squad. Going in I was sure one of the other guys was going to try glitching, but he never made it out of the LZ, although he seemed to be there for a couple of waves at least. Very strange. Anyway, my friend, I think I've told you before that ME3 MP is like the Hotel California - you can check out any time you want but you can never leave. And honestly, having played 100 hours or so of MEA MP, I don't even want to. I'd rather use a Claymore with no SG amps than not use a Claymore at all. I hope to see you again soon.

You guys make me miss playing ME3 MP. Honestly I don't think I'll play maybe not for a long while, if I did I'd be staring at the character selection wondering what to play. In my spare time I'm secretly trolling in the ME:A MP section shhhhh

Anyway, my friend, I think I've told you before that ME3 MP is like the Hotel California - you can check out any time you want but you can never leave. That is one of the coolest quotes in this whole forum!!! I love the way you think, Grunt.

You guys make me miss playing ME3 MP. Honestly I don't think I'll play maybe not for a long while, if I did I'd be staring at the character selection wondering what to play. In my spare time I'm secretly trolling in the ME:A MP section shhhhhIt's genuinely the best fun I've had since the last time I played it. I'm trying to be fair to MEA but it just doesn't compare. Last night after my PS3 adventures I switched back over to the Xbox, and momentarily considered playing a couple of quick games of MEA. Instead, I ended up playing 5 consecutive ME3 games with two genuine quality pugs on Xbox. I also suffer from selection anxiety, but often follow the lead of the host and equip an alternate character of the same species. We eventually ended up playing one game as a trio of Infiltrators and finally a trio of Krentinels against Reapers on Ghost. It was like Christmas for me, and I didn't even mind not getting my Gold melee medals as I was simply outclassed in those stakes by the host - possibly the most fearless Krogan I've ever played with. Even now I can be cautious around Banshees, wanting to get to a ramp asap, but this guy just never stopped, no matter where he was, which made the total absence of any sync-kills between us all the more impressive. MEA can't give me anything like that, and as most of our games only took 16/17 mins there isn't even any truth to the 'quicker games' attitude to the newer game. I won't bother voicing this opinion 'over there' though, there's no point. You're inevitably classed as a hater and I don't want to give that impression. I just prefer ME3 overall, for a variety of mostly subjective reasons - in MEA there is overuse of Jetpacks, no Claymore or R/C, no heavy melee and generally poor melee animations, pretty dodgy Krogans who move like giant toads, enemies lacking 'personality' and the dire voice acting. It feels shaky and unstable with little or no satisfying feedback from weapons, and leveling up characters is really pretty painful. It's hard to make yourself believe it's worth the effort. It's not all bad - I like powers on individual cooldown and I do prefer the auto cover and blind firing mechanism, but even the running, which I think is reasonably popular, seems clunky to me, with the screen feeling like it's lurching from side to side. Backlash and Barricade are the only powers which bring anything new to the table, and perhaps the charge option for Overload makes sense. Death animations are lingering, which often makes you waste time killing already-dead things. I think 'vague' is possibly the best word I can think of to describe the game - it lacks solidity and real impact. It really does feel as if its devs didn't play much ME3 MP at all, although I concede that it might all just boil down to the Frostbite engine making things feel radically different. I dunno, and am sorry for the ramble, but I had so much better a time playing ME3 that I can't help but try to ponder the reasons for that. Having great fun with my old friend mordokai is kinda self-explanatory and only to be expected, but I am mostly just a pug at the end of the day, and I definitely feel more at home in the Milky Way. FOR TUCHANKAAAAAAA!!!!

High: been in a groove with UR drops lately, and playing with randoms. Seems I'd been saving my best for solos. Not today.
Low: got dc'd from 2 separate games on wave 10 or 11 so I no get paid.
