Hi all,

I just posted a notice in the Destiny 1/2 thread but I figure not a lot of people who don't have the game already will actually read the thread, so I figured it might be a good idea, to make a new thread that specifically makes people aware of giveaways out there. Since there are more and more of these it seems, I guess it might be good to have a dedicated thread for them.

So please, feel free to post any giveaways that you come across here to make all of us freeloaders aware of the opportunities out there.

I'll start by reposting about the giveaway for Destiny 2:

Blizzard is currently giving away Destiny 2 for free. Check the "Gifts" section in you battle.net launcher. I didn't believe it either until I claimed it.

Good on you Blizzard. :thumbsup:

Also, at gog.com, they are giving away "Jill in the Jungle" at the moment:

The next free game from Epic Games store will be What Remains of Edith Finch. It starts on 1/10. I've had this one on my wish list for a while so will probably snag it.

At the Humble Store, they are giving away Grid 2 at the moment. Their site is apparently overrun right now though, at least it doesn't really load well for me. Still, give it a try, it says the offer is open as long as supplies last.

Heads up, Obduction is free at gog.com. It's a really nice puzzle game in the spirit of 90s Myst but more modern than that. I actually bought it when it came out and I recommend you get it while it's free. It's definitely one of the better giveaways.
