No, no PAW Siphon. I’ve got it at X, but who knows when that Siphon will drop... Still rocking Siphon II - Concussive is higher, I think V or such - havent seen a new PAW for .. half a year soon?

Also … in a more serious take (but only for this one moment), I really don't see much difference between a siphon PAW I and PAW X. On the other hand, there is a significant difference … even on gold … between a concussive PAW I and PAW X. So of the two, once you have both unlocked, imo, having a higher level concussive is more valuable than a higher level siphon.
On the characters that have the carriage capacity, I often carry both, run the concussive unless/until it overheats, my health takes a hit or I'm doing an enable/retrieval objective … then I switch to the siphon. Pretty much allows me to run the PAW in continuous firing mode. Which is cool.
Similar to running with the Rozerad, Crusader, Black Widow or Valiant … never have to carry a spare ammo booster or gear, because the combined spare ammo is enough to carry me through a wave. On the other hand, I've run both Hurricanes dry, both Dhans dry, and while I've never tried it, I'm sure I could run both Scorpions dry.

My P.A.W Siphon has been stuck at II forever. Bulwark is now at VIII and Concussive is at VI. I know the Siphon variant is fine at Rank I; I'd just like to get that X that I see other PUG players running around with!
I usually pair the P.A.W. with the Valkyrie so I can shoot through cover. Probably should try out dual P.A.W.s more often.
I hear you about the spare ammo on the Hurricane, Dhan, and Scorpion. Naladen, Venom, and Ushior also suffer from this.

Key point right now though is that the weapons are all still borked back to pre-March patch status on the Xbox? I don’t even want to fire things up until that is fixed... I checked yesterday and it was still messed. Since there has been no update on the BW blog nor Fernando Melo’s twitter feed, I think it’s still messed.

Given it's now the weekend, I don't expect the server side update until next week.
A thought …
Hanako Ikezawa and a few others reported they could not play MEA on their Xbox after the patch … perhaps the folks working multiplayer are busy fixing whatever the patched messed up for some versions of Xbox, before finalizing and deploying the server side update. If they deploy the weapon server side update, then deploy a hotfix to the patch, the hotfix might cause another reversion back to 03/18 weapon stats.
It's just a guess. It would be nice if BioWare gave us a status update, instead of leaving us to spit ball what's going on.

I notice the Celebratory Mission has become available again for Strike Teams. Does this mean the weapons have been patched? Does anyone know if URs are still in their pre-March state?

I notice the Celebratory Mission has become available again for Strike Teams. Does this mean the weapons have been patched? Does anyone know if URs are still in their pre-March state? Just logged in to look at the stats. Dhan and Black Widow still show 3 shots in a clip. Valkyrie with 20. P.A.W. clip size still small. Doesn’t look like the changes were made. Maybe tomorrow?

They reinitialized it, to make sure everyone gets a chance to play it and get the N7 Day Celebratory pack.
I think I got 10 MF for it, but not totally sure … was too quick getting back to the lobby screen, forgot to check my MF totals before the match.
Since I got the Celebratory pack on the first run, I didn't expect and didn't get the pack a second time.
But it is fun … Platinum style, because of mixed factions and all the boss level critters, with silver levels of difficulty.
Gives folks a taste of what Platinum is like, at a lower difficulty level, without using the "training" mod a some folks use to play Platinum.
They did this before, a few months after the game came out … IIRC, they did two of the three Platinum factions a few times, but never did the third, for a few silver APEX missions. It was right after the Juggernaut came out and I used him to great mass effect on those missions. I don't remember if "Platinum" was released at that point … regardless, I know I wasn't playing Platinum back then … at least, not intentionally.
