I knew it! I knew I missed something on multiplayer forums and it was retirement thread! For all folks who don't play the game any longer and want to grump a little, feel free to join in and share your tips and ideas for time managment during the retirement, or your reasons and experiences of why did You give up on Mass Effect MP? Let me tell You my story and share some afterthoughts. After a failed attempt to sub-20 with Asari Justicar on Glacier, versus Derperus, on Gold to impress people and later on to post an epic e-dong video in speedrun section, I simply decided to play a pug game to relax. Therefore, I dived into the pugworld with proper accompaniment as You may hear after watching the video. But what happened during my unknown/unknown adventures made me reconsider my entire future as a gamer and a human being [sic!]  . Is it the high time when the words have to be spoken: " I should go", " Should I stay or should I go now", or just " Stay with me"? I'm being on the rocks. Why Biovar?! Why would You do this?! I was going to start a retirement thread like 3-4 days ago. But now I'm back. Just yesterday got my galaxy rating back to 100% again. My PC overheating problem is also over. So I can now pug Platinum, host and listen to cheesy 90s club music on media player all at the same time.

Getting burned out is a real thing. Happens to me all the time. Maybe take a vacation to Pandora or whatever other game interests you. What's funny about my vacations is that they tend to be more stressful than ME3.....Usually, Battlefield 4 MP, Street Fighter 4 PvP, Dark Souls 2...or MLB The Show, where for some ludicrous reason, I decided to take the Cleveland Indians to their 1st championship in over 80 years. ( The best part about all these vacations.... is that i am still drunk ) <------ good times.  |

I've been pretty burned out on the game lately. I did manage to squeeze a few games in today but the whole time I just felt unmotivated to do anything. I think I just need a really long break which is why I've been running around in BL2 lately. Just finished a gunzerker play through. Was thinking about starting a new Tomb Raider play through. Might also buy myself and xbox one soon just so I can get the remastered Skyrim for it.

If you fail a Solo, my advice is don't join another person's pug game!
Go host, choose a Krogan, take Cyclonic IV with a melee build. Run around with a Piranha with omni blade, etc, incendiary IV, full cheese. Shoot/Melee/Kill everything. Choose Geth for no synchkill chance, but Cerberus because it is more satisfying. Take armoured compartments so you have 9 missiles. Use them all. If others join, ignore them and pretend you're soloing. Works a charm.
Outscore everyone and then quit your lobby.
I don't know...it works for me. But I've only clocked just over 900hours.

On a real note...I am actually going to retire from ME3MP very soon...on Xbox, I am nearing the 200,000 challenge point mark...and ME:A just got an official release date on March 21, 2017 ....so I am going to call it quits on a nice round number....  |

Retired 2 years ago after logging about 3000 hrs in MP. (Then did about 2000 in DAIMP)
Recently did a complete ME trilogy play through, and came back to MP to get galaxy readiness to 100%.
Maybe it's my memory but I don't recall the level of off-host b.s. to be as high as it seems now.
Did something go "tango uniform" with the game since I left?
