Discovered this after starting a New Game (on Xbox One X) after a long while, so it makes me believe that one of Bioware's last patches broke the prologue. Not game breaking, but still annoying. This is also recurring. Happens with every new game and even after a reinstall.  |

I´ve had this happen on the ps4 in the past But I´ve played through the game a number of times in the last month or so, and the scene worked fine every time so far. (with fresh starts and NG+)
So either it was patched for the ps4, or, more likely, I got lucky.

Well I am using an Nvidia card GTX1070's in fact. The problem here being that it is happening across all the systems could mean that it's somehow an intermittent issue with the coding of the game. I've read that some people didn't have it on their first play through but did on the second. |

Havent had this on either 1.05 with 970OC or 1.10 with 1070OC .. really bug free playing here on PC.. Sorry to say "doesnt happen for me"  |

The only issue I had with the prologue was the cutscene/game freezing up when the ship hit the scourge. I adjusted my graphic settings slightly and never had the problem again.

I usually always get this on first viewing after starting a new game; being forced to reload the very first auto save every time is a pain, but it does fix the problem for me.

Just started a new playthrough after reinstalling the game on my XB1. It's been off my system for several months while I made room for other games. The view screen was fine. Only glitch is that it was unable to upload my new character design to the website (ETA: which was fixed when I hid some of my old Ryders. I've since started another save - NG+ this time, and still have had no issues with the view screen. I'm guessing it's a problem limited to the XB1X.
