Which people? The poor souls in the ancient library who suddenly found the structure falling apart around them? Those in other similar structures built on magic which would have disintegrated. The slaves who got trapped in the Crossroads and starved to death? (see Masked Empire). The ordinary elves who were suddenly part of a civil war caused by the chaos of the leadership being suddenly removed? None of these people deserved death. I think smilesja was teasing. I was.

Okay if I read you straight, correct me if I'm wrong, solas is attempting to remove the veil. The veil separates Thedas and the fade. If solas does remove the veil, that would lead the void and fade to spill over into Thedas. How do you conclude Solas is doing nothing wrong if he is trying to bring Thedas and the fade together? Isn't that a bad thing? Because he plans to use Mythal's knowledge of the Void to destroy it, that's why he absorbed her. (Mythal got it from Andruil) Oh this is interesting! By chance is this confirmed somewhere ?

No, it is just one person's speculation. I doubt he would be able to destroy the Void itself any more than he could destroy the Fade.
However, what Mythal absorbed was not knowledge of the Void but how to get there. She may also have absorbed whatever infection Andruil had brought back with her that had infected her lands with plague. Since the Void is associated with darkness and darkness with the Blight, it might reasonably be assumed that what Andruil brought back was the Blight sickness and Mythal absorbed the infection that Andruil had contracted along with her memory. So if that was the case then Mythal might have the knowledge to destroy the Blight. Then again, Dalish Keepers already have the knowledge of how to delay the onset of the blight sickness, so may be Mythal/Flemeth had already passed the knowledge on and she only knows how to slow it down, not cure it altogether.
