Do you not have store nearby that have custom built off the shelf PC's? No, the town I live in is pretty small. I'll order online, but who knows how long it will take to build... and then I have to have work done on my apartment, so won't be able to live at home for like a week. So I'm not expecting being able to play anytime soon. But hey, everyone else have fun! Wish I could have joined you all, but I guess I'm going to have to be fashionably late to the party... |

Default graphic setting at 1080p is too high for my system. Mouse sensitivity had to be decreased to .30 Screen, resolution down to 1600 x 900. Still tweaking...
It just looked absolutely horrid, and even the intro screen was stuttering... I didn't realize how much my PC was left behind in the past year. I've waited so long for this, I don't want to play it with hair that looks like DAI and FPS worse than my PS4. 
Trying to see what kind of PC I can build without bankrupting myself completely, but it's expensive in general and I'll have to pay someone to put it together.
Go to the settings and set all your graphics to LOW. I had to set my display resolution to 1600 x 900 both in windows and the game to get it running.... though not smoothly.
I can't in all good conscience give this game a high score.... not yet, anyway.

Game crashed shortly after the obelisk was tipped over to interrupt Baldy's ritual and the cinematics was playing....Sigh.. and I just upgraded my graphic drivers to latest...
This game was not properly tested on PCs, imo.
What's your rig? I've turned down most settings since I'm still trying to get by with an r9 290x as the gpu, while my ram and cpu are solid (32gbs, ryzen 7 3700x), and I haven't crashed yet.

The AMD driver crashes.. ie: in this case it's hung and won't take any more commands from the game.... Have to wait until AMD / Bio resolve the issue.

I had a driver crash on Nvidia, but it didn’t happen again after reinstalling the driver.

There's a preview driver available from AMD with DAV optimisations but you'll have to download it as it doesn't seem to be released as part of Adrenalin yet.

The game hung on me quite a bit until I disabled FSR. It still happened 4 hours later, but much better. Not sure how useful that's going to be on a Windows setup thought.

ZERO issues for me thus far playing in full 4K/60hz (Vsync ON, RTX completely OFF) with all other Graphics and Display Settings on HIGH (a 10900KF, 32GB DDR4 and an RTX 2080 Super FTW 3 Ultra Gaming). I'm still in shock and awe over the hair (both the textures/styles and the physics) What a beautiful game!
BTW I've only played the Prologue/Tutorial.
