I never watched Paragon Lost, but Dawn of the Seeker was pretty middle-of-the-road fare. Not bad, but not particularly good.

I wouldn't mind a jetpack if we go into the fade again.

^^ Joking aside, I personally wouldn't object if in the next game riding a mount or even using a mage's Fade Step / a warrior's Combat roll / a rogue's Evade resembled the experience we got when using the jump jets to dash short horizontal distances. Andromeda's jump jet dash was a good addition to walking and running and made covering ground on foot fun: unlike in Inquisition you didn't have to either wait for your ability to cool down or continiously press the R3/L3 button (I can't remember which one it was on PS4) so hard you were half afraid you'd break your controller's stick buttons in order to get your mount to run fast. As for jumping vertically like with jump jets, I've no idea, are there any mounts besides gryphons that would make that kind of jumping lorewise believable? 🤔

I'm reading a thing that #OldManLuke wrote, and he's made me weep my own tears, y'all.

Dombrow also worked on Anthem. Anthem has a big group of writers, including Sheryl Chee and Mary Kirby. I guess Patrick Weekes and Luke are all left for DA4 at some time. Still, the conversations in Anthem are even worse than MEA. And I think the problem is not only writing but also designing. I really hope Bioware take it seriously in DA4.
