Well done! Pet birds seldom breed unless they feel safe and comfortable. Had a parakeet who would ride around on my shoulder and nibble my ear. Poops every few minutes though (S)he ended up laying 5 (!) eggs, the clutch together is as big as (s)he is!
And afaik, (s)he's only 5 months old.
They're not fertilized or anything, so they won't hatch. (S)he simply felt like laying them. 
(S)he refuses to poop on me though. That's what the towel is for, but instead (s)he will fly away and poop on the floor.

If your shoulder was floating over the floor, she would use you like a tree limb and still poop on the floor. Options: 1) remove body, keep shoulder. No more poop on shoulder, but you don't get around much. 2) install collapsible rod into shoulder, with a spring switch. Like a collapsing baton, you just push the side of your shoulder and bird perch pops out. Bird hangs out with you, poops on floor from perch, and voila. 3) too small to grill. Need to fatten the diet. Not sure what dextro-based avians prefer to pork out on though. Ask Tali. 4) learn your bird's cycles. When you know it's time, introduce Garrus to the first-time visitor to your abode. With practice, you'll be able to blush reliably and say "OMG she never does that, I'm so sorry". Think of it as a free acting masterclass. 5) Starve your cat for a week. Sorry Garrussissa. |

Well, as I remember, Turians have names that are supposed to have that Roman feeling to them, and most Turian names are Roman names or just Latin nouns/adjectives, so if we try and exploit that (well, not really the way Latin works, since this applies to adjectives and not nouns), we can make a female form of Garrus, and that would be Garra or something like that.
Sorry, I majored in linguistics, so I just had to make use of the knowledge I otherwise totally don't need in my real life.
