I took a quick peak on Origin, but it asks for BioWARE points for PC, not just money like for the other platforms. Could someone recommend me the most straightforward and cheapest way to buy the ME2/3 DLCs? I want to DLC'up my second run!

AFAIK, the only way to buy DLC is to go through the process of buying BioWare points. They've abandoned that ... for subsequent titles, like DAI ... but did not get rid of it for older titles.
You can buy them via Origin or even Amazon ... $5 per 400 BioWare points. You save a penny on Amazon. I've never seen it ... but maybe there are periodic sales?
To minimize costs, I'd stick purely with game content ... not weapons, armor or appearance packs and not the comic book segue that is available.
ME2: Arrival, Overlord, Kasumi - Stolen Memory, Lair of the Shadow Broker ... plus Zaeed - Price of Revenge (free), Cerberus Network (free), Cerberus Weapons and Armor (free), Firewalker (free), Cerberus Arc Projector (free) and Normandy Crash Site (free). I'd put Arrival and LotSB as must haves, but really enjoyed the other two and would buy again.
ME3: Citadel, Omega, Leviathan, From Ashes ... plus Extended Cut (free) ... and all MP DLC (free). Not sure any paid SP DLC are must haves ... but if given a choice, I'd buy again.
All the other stuff ... armor, weapons, appearance packs, comic book segue ... I bought them, probably would not do so again, if given the chance.
Edit add: My frame of reference is for PC ... for other platforms, the facts are a bit different.

Oh, yeah, I am not into cosmetics and extra weapons. I just want the Shadow Broker, Citadel and Omega, the stuff that deals with the main characters I already have, I don't want new joinable chars.
I think I DL'd everything that was available for free already, though I have no clue where/who Zaeed is.
Okay, I guess Bio points it is, I'll check the Amazon, ty!

Zaeed should be one of the free DLCs available ... it was a day one DLC when ME2 launched. Should be in your list of extra content.
The only thing it should require is for Cerberus Network to be installed first. The good news is, it's free ... so not another thing you have to buy.
Arrival is another must have for ME2 (IMO) ... it provides the transition between ME2 and ME3. You can play it either before or after the suicide mission, I've done it both ways. It probably makes more sense after the suicide mission, but either way, it is a significant part of the story.

By some reason I do not have Cerberus Network, I know that because it kept showing me the list of what I do not have. Mmgh, I will do some browsing over the weekend. Damn, I miss the days when you bought a game-in-a-box.
