I honestly forgot about it because it was so lackluster, but yeah I was reminded a couple of times when my internet had issues and I got a warning about "DLC not authorized." Yeah I get that from time to time when my internet decides to act up. Thankfully once you get it installed and up and running in the game normally it behaves.

I never understood why people that hate a game spend an obscene amount of time on the internet talking about it YEARS LATER. Personally I did complain alot about ME3 because of the ending but up to that point I really liked that game and I had beat ME2 probably close to forty times (not an exageration) And ME1 more then ten times. And I have played ME3 a bunch of times but stopped at the cerberus base because I loathed the ending. So while I complain alot about the ending I still love the trilogy and liked andromeda (though not nearly as much as I loved the trilogy.
However I couldn't see talking about it as much as I do now if I didn't like it.
Yeah I'd rather just simply forget a game even existed rather than complain about it if I hated it that much. Admittedly I thought the ME3 ending was weak but it kind of still made sense to me within the ME universe so I was quite happy for the most part to accept it plus for me that's kind of how I expected it to end anyway with Shep sacrificing themselves to save the Galaxy from the Reapers. All in al I think it worked out for the most part Now I did have a burning hatred for the ending. I thought we should be able to save shep if we worked our ass's off and made some hard decision. After all shepard did I wanted him to get with his LI. Not neccesarily a happily ever after but show them together and show just how much destruction and death were caused by the reaper war. For example maybe say before the reaper war there were eleven billion people on earth and at the end of the game there were a hundred million or something like that. As well as showing grieving people.
And that argument that "the hero surviving is cliche" need to realize that the hero sacrificing himself for the greater good has been around just as long and been done hundreds of times.

True. There were still a few who got the short end of the stick with not even a mention. Makes me wonder what Kelly's personal cutscene could have been. Who didn't get one besides kelly? Thane died and had his son there so that counts. Well you only get one survivor from whoever died at virmire but I am not sure how that could work any other way. I'd have enjoyed including Kenneth and Gabby, myself. There's also Chakwas.

Squadmate-wise the only one not to get anything is Legion and possibly Mordin. Crew-wise, everybody besides Sam, Steve, and Joker don't get anything. Kelly, Chakwas, Michel, Gabby, Ken, Adams, etc get nothing.

I found the excuse for Chakwas not being at the party lame. I also found it lame that she and Adams are not seen in the memorial scene since both have known Shepard for quite some time. The same for Ken and Gabby not showing up at the party or the memorial scene

Morinth was another one who didn't get any content. I don't have any investment in her being around but people were upset when she was turned into a Banshee. I recall Thane fans still being upset that they were denied any choice in his fate.

In a way, I get that some characters were doomed to die no matter what. But at the same time, I think that's why ME3 wasn't as interesting. Lack of choice in altering certain character's fates annoyed me. Thanemancers deserved a chance to prevent his death. Having Liara potentially die mid war could arguably have made for better pathos. If Kelly had been written to die no matter what, it'd be the same annoying reminder that popularity contests determine a character's survival in what was supposed to be the final chapter for Shepard's story. If everyone could die in Refusal, I'm left wondering why script unavoidable death for some and not for others.

Thanes death was lame. He had an out to avoid death. Shoot Leng when he had the chance.
