During origin's recent sale I got the Andromeda Deluxe Edition because on the 'Choose your Edition' page at www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/mass-effect/mass-effect-andromeda/offer-selection listed some nice extras. These extras included the mp recruit packs in the thread title. I got everything it said was included except these 2 mp recruit packs. I've contacted EA Help several times over the past 2 weeks. I've received responses ranging from "Upon review of the content, the Asari Adept Multiplayer Recruit Pack and Turian Soldier Multiplayer Recruit Pack does not come bundled with the Deluxe version of the game. If you are wanting to know exactly what comes with the Deluxe version of the game then please use this link: www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/mass-effect/mass-effect-andromeda/addon/mass-effect-andromeda-deluxe-upgrade#store-page-section-description" (links to a different page with a different purchase to the one I made) to the latest response "I have some good news, we are aware of this issue and it seems to be something that has happened to some people so our expert team is working to figure it out and proceed with a resolution as soon as possible, please bear with us while we get this sorted." These packs are each available on origin.com right now. It seems like it shouldn't be difficult to get them to anyone with this issue. So I'm wondering if others have had this issue and if so has EA Help actually resolved it for you?

Yes, I had the same problem. I also figured there would be some issues, so I screenshot their own Origin offer screen.
After many hours of chat & trying their fruitless workarounds, they finally sent an email Jan 22 saying it was fixed. And lo and behold, I got the recruit packs! *
... whether I ever do anything with it is another question. I gave up on the game 1.5 years ago. But at $6 for the deluxe (PLUS) version of the game, I said "what they hey..." and purchased.
* Along the way, they also granted me the super deluxe version (somehow they thought that would solve the problem). So I have those 20 packs. And eventually granted me a couple of "support packs" (near worthless) for the delay.

I bought the Deluxe Super Edition not the standard edition and I got everything so no need to buy any of the packs, weird as I thought there was only two versions.

About Feb 8th ea help came thru with the 2 mp packs for me. What i got now matches the description of the deluxe ed on the 'Choose Your Edition' page origin shows you if you try to buy andromeda. They said the problem is now fixed, but who knows. Also at $6 on sale I thought it was a great deal. The $29.99 regular price not so much.
