That went over my head.

Sorry, I was talking about the expansion; Knights of the Fallen Empire, Knights of the Eternal Throne, in which the old crew return for each class character. Yes, you lost the old crew once you move to the expansion but they return later.

While playing the class stories, you can keep track of which toon your PC romance. But once you go on hiatus and then come back to the game, unless you kept written notes, you won't recall which one (if you have many toons. I know some players have as many as 20) because there is no tracker. The only way to tell is to look at your ingame messages from your companions, if you have not deleted them already, as they will tell you. The companion you romance will send you loving messages or gifts in the last phase of the romance.

Go on to the expansions and you're given options for new romances because, er...the story fall out that way. I won't spoil it. It's the same problem, there's no way to tell who it is if you go on hiatus and come back. There're not many for the new, it should not be hard but you may accidentally cut off the one you're going for when you thought it's another.

I played a bit yesterday and got the new vector mount.  I'm saving up golden certificates to buy that pearl something mount and the bar decorations.  I want to have a party at my SH! 

If you try it I would like to hear your thoughts. It would be nice to hear the perspective of someone coming in late to it like myself.

though I have to say fortune smiled upon me: tried the clicking with 3-4 toons, spend all in all 500k tops and got the Wraith mount, the Pig and about 10 certificates ... me thinkz I should stop now

BTW: doing unranked PVP right now is rather frustrating: all the others seem to have 248 set bonus gear except my poor Jedi telekinetic sage (rank 130 now - LOL I know - I got the complete set bonus all right but it's 236 ) ... why do these people play unranked and not ranked PVP I wonder?!

Yeah, we call those lightweights You ain't a SWTOR fan unless you got 25+ toons per server on at least 3 different servers

I don't play as much lately, but I still recommend trying the different class stories. They are classic Bioware narratives with good and bad cliches, plot twists, humor and drama. You can play the whole stories completely solo and you don't even need to use the majority of the abilities you acquire through leveling. Frankly you can beat the game using only the basic attack you get at level 1

While player choices do not have big impact during the story for some classes (Jedi Knight comes to mind), other classes do get quite the variations including very different endings. That's why I really enjoy the Imperial Agent story which has big decisions already at the end of Chapter 1 and they change the narrative throughout the rest of the story, plus the Agent endings are the most diverse I believe. Well, listening to fem Hawke while playing the fem Agent could also have something to do with my love of the class.
And since Jen Hale voices both the fem Trooper and Satele Shan, I have fun listening when those two characters interact. In my head it's a vision of fem Shepard meeting Bastila.

I have 9 (one of each class, then my insta-60 KOTFE sage who I treat as a new character). Beyond that I have clones of a few of them for redoing the stories. Total is only 15 or 16 I think, on Shadowlands.

I had a total of 32 characters on three servers in NA (I condensed to two before leaving iirc & I have never really played on shadowlands and Bastion, just transferred off fast) with most classes having geared mirrors with PvE and PVP augmented sets when I left, and two characters in Europe (the highest was l30 though in Eu). I considered it a modest legacy. Everyone I played with had far more. SWTOR sort of makes you into an altoholic. My main server was the good old Harbonger, but I did have a full Legacy on Hawk with two or three at 65 for PvP.

ah, well, all gone now.

I'm new to playing SWTOR, does anyone have a suggestion for increasing the font size. I did adjust the Interface Editor and it helped but most things are still difficult to read. I tried changing my resolution as well and that didn't seem to help.

Edit: One other question, any suggestions on player etiquette? This is my first MMO and I'm playing it solo. When I run into someone else being hit by a mob, should I help or go about my business.
