Heh i changed my monitor settings with a blue filter to help with sleep but there is a obvious problem.... The already minuscule reticule is very hard to see now! Is there a way to change it?

In theory there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.

yep, that would work. that aside, I think I've seen XCPTNL (I think) explaining how to get a custom reticle but can't remember where or in what context. they may be able to help/remember better though

Download CustomDesktopLogo program, run ME3 in Borderless Windowed Mode, tweak CDL's image position to match ME3's crosshair position, use any image you like. Only reason why I stopped doing this (and btw, it is great) is that being Windowed Mode, ME3 gets less priority access to GPU/etc, so with my mods, I experienced framerate drops when hosting, which is not a good thing for a host to have. I went with the nicer host approach instead of the selfish gamer approach.
So, if you're hardware is better than a 4GB GTX 1050 Ti (IIRC, slightly better than a GTX 960), give it a try. Otherwise, expect FPS drops in certain situations (such as Collectors London).

I'm using the method Arkhne described. You can see my crosshair overlaying the game in the videos hereIn the past I started using a custom crosshair when playing Tribes Ascend by using an AHK script from the forums. That stopped working in some other games eventually so I looked for other possibilities and CustomDesktopLogo is the best solution I found.

You could create a texture and then install it via MEM.

Of course you are, I got it from you Probably should've listed my source reference, but oh well, I'm lazy like that.

Never noticed it If you use any other overlays (Geth Scanner, Hunter Mode, Bloodlust, Rage, Marksman, Adrenaline Rush, etc), the screen edges can get pretty cluttered and/or blurred, and the blue arrows feel completely invisible. Can't offer any help, sorry, just the understanding that you're not the only one having issues with seeing those. So if you ever see me twirling around on an objective wave, that's not me boogying, that's me trying to see where the hell I am meant to go

It's not that I'm blind..... I just can't see. There is also the simple one of Bloodrage on Noveria - the typical white cow in a snowstorm
