How significantly are textures changed in patches? The FrostyModManager is warning that a texture mod was created for an older version of the game. But I am wondering how textures could be affected by a patch that is only changed some gameplay details. For example. A Mod is changing the default casual outfit from Ryder on the Tempest. However, the mod is for an older Version of this game. Could that happen, that the developers would have later changed the default casual outfit location in the files, too? Although, only gameplay was improved.
It is just an example so that I can understand it a bit.

You can ignore that warning.
For ME:A the Rule of thumb is: Texture mods seem not to be affected at all Most gameplay changes are not affected. Stuff that alters stats of weapons, mods, or gear IS affected, I'm not if the same holds true for powers.
Though AFAIK there are no (even semi-popular) mods of the latter categories that are not (re)build for the latest patch.
