Navbar Personal Favorite

I've added the option for a personal favorite to the Navbar:



To get this to work, you have to do a little leg work, or finger work, if you will.

First: figure out what URL you want to put in there.

1) Maybe it's the Off-Topic lobby - bsn.boards.net/board/12/lobby-off-topic
2) Or maybe it's the NFL Thread - bsn.boards.net/thread/973/nfl-thread
3) Or maybe page 165 of the BSNers you last bumped into in ME3MP - bsn.boards.net/thread/14/bsners-happen-bump?page=165
4) If you want to link to the most recent post in a thread, it's a little trickier, but it can be done:

• Each thread has a unique reply identifier (or something, I don't know what it would be called, just... go with it). This is most evident in the list of Participated threads. This is where you want to get your URL from.
• Click on the Participated Threads link under your name/logout, or use this link here : bsn.boards.net/threads/participated
• Locate the thread you wish to track as your favorite
• Copy the URL from there
• It will now take you to the most recent post in the thread that you've seen.

Once you know what you want - and you can always go back and change it later - you'll need to edit your profile:

Profile (on the navbar) > Edit Profile (on the right) > Personal (second tab)



From there, scroll down until you see the field you need to edit, it's called (appropriately) Favorite



Paste your link into the box, and off you go!
