I didn't see this listed anywhere yet, but I wanted to share an announcement from a few days ago. Skybound Games is teaming up with Beamdog Entertainment to bring Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate 2, Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear, and Neverwinter Nights (plus a couple of Obsidian titles) to consoles in 2019.
As a console-only gamer, this is pretty exciting news for me.

I'm having to rely on my aging MacBook for entertainment for a few weeks, so I'm currently playing Baldurs Gate 2 Enhanced Edition for the first time (Beamdog version).
I really liked Divinity Original Sin 1 & 2, but never got into original Fallout, so wasn't really sure how much I'd enjoy it. Now I'm totally hooked.
It's pretty obvious how much DA:O was an updated version of this formula (less so subsequent games).
I hope that in light of reactions to their latest releases, Bioware has a good look at how their eariler games worked and why they were so well loved.
